Rich fixed our issue, and then some, making preventive maintenance repairs (with our approval) so we did not face a leak under our sink in the future.  We have beautiful new copper pipes under our sink, all placed strategically so they do not interfere with the sliding drawer, cabinet space etc. and we have brand new valves that are not corroded anymore, take up less room and won't leak!
