I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. I respectfully requested a detailed breakdown of the invoice through multiple phone calls and emails; however, the responses I received were dismissive and failed "

"They charges almost $500 just for walking in the door and then said they couldn?t do the repair because they didn?t have the part. I had told them over the phone exactly what part they needed. Left me without hear for 3 days. Caused me to loose 2 days work with no heat waiting for them to do the repair. They put in a $100 pipe, did not cement it into the wall as should have been done and then charged over $900 to my credit card without any prior notice or explanation for the charge. Still no heat. They wanted to sell me a new boiler. I called another company who repaired the boiler with no problem and only charged $125.00. RCL was disorganized about sending a repair person, coming with proper parts, could not diagnose the problem correctly, tried to sell me expensive replacement that I did not need and seriously overcharges, and charges your card without your knowledge or permission."
