"I am amazed at The quality of their customer service. Before I became disabled, I was employed at the hospital for 28 years and I know how hard-working with the public can be. I really need to give a hats off and a pat on the back to (midstate Basement) systems they came in and did work on my basement and had to come back and adjust some things… Not one time did they roll their eyes or give me a hard way to go about it. Levi ,Judd, Ernest, Jonathan & Adrian were very friendly, courteous & Ernest, Levi and Judd always answered any question I give them and was quick to be of help and to get me scheduled in I would highly recommend Midstate Basements systems to anybody that needs any kind of basement or crawlspace work done. I had my basement done and I’m gonna have to have my crawlspace done in the future and they will definitely be the company I contact. You can’t go wrong by hiring them. Fast, friendly service, each and every time."

"We had an excellent experience with C & J Basement Solutions. We appreciated the no pressure inspection consultation. The representative was knowledgable and gave us a lot of information. The loan process was quick and easy. We had a basement waterproofing system with a sump pump installed. The crew arrived on time every day. They were very professional, friendly, courteous and respectful. The crew kept us informed about what they were doing every day. We were very impressed with their work and their going above and beyond what we expected to insure that everything was done correctly in our basement. If they saw a way that something could be improved...they did it. When the work was finished, they left our basement clean and you could not tell they had been there (except for the fresh cement and new sump pump). They also cleaned up the outside area where they had been: yard, window wells, and deck. They sowed grass seed where they had been in the yard, topped off the window wells to the proper level with gravel and made a new drain pipe near our water tank so that we didn't have drain tubes running across the floor. Inside, they wiped down the floor and door entrance. Overall, the crew took care of our home as if it was their own and made decisions based on what they would want done if it was their home. We highly recommend C & J Basement Solutions. Everyone involved in the process did an excellent job. We are very pleased that we chose C & J Basement Solutions for our project."

"Levi Simpson was the plumber, had a stopped up bathtub drain in my 65 year old house. He has been here a few times in the last several years. Mr. Rooter had all my contact information on file, they came within hours right when they said they would. My house was well built in its day but old original plumbing takes care to not be damaged. He showed me in the basement underneath the affected bathroom where and what was the likely blockage This guy is professional, explained everything well and communicates well, very efficient, could not have been neater or more cordial."

"While the price for the job may seem high, out of the three estimates we received from local businesses Joe Behr was the lowest price for the efficiency rating we desired; therefore, I gave them an A for price. They also provided specific written details about the available tax credits for both the furnace and air.
Every transaction, from getting the estimate to having the units installed, occurred in a very timely manner. We had several commitments that put us on a tight schedule and Joe Behr was able to meet our timeline.
We have definitely noticed a difference in our utility bills and comfort level in our home since replacing our 20+ year old furnace and air. With our old furnace we kept the thermostat at 66 during the day and 62 at night. The last two winters have been so bitter cold that we raised the thermostat to 68 all the time. I expected to see an increase in our utility bills but they decreased significantly--in spite of the colder winters and the toastier house. Another bonus is that the upstairs and downstairs are within 1 degree of each other. No more cold bedrooms in the winter!
Bottom line is that the service was great and the efficiency of the furnace has proven to be exceptional during two winters that certainly put it to the test.

"I had a big name waterproofing company out several years ago that did work on two walls of my house and continued to have problems with leaking. They did come back a few times and tried to repair but never could get it sealed properly. After paying a annual fee to keep a warranty for a problem they couldn't repair I decided to get a few contractors out and look to get another opionon. Buckeye Waterproofing was by far the most experienced of them and explained everything that was going on so I and my son-in-law could understand and make sense. They told me what was needed to be done to repair what previous company did and what would be needed for the rest of the house. After sitting with Rick from Buckeye I had decided to have them do the work because he made me feel so comfortable with the work he would be doing and gave me the best price of the quotes we had. Everyone else wanted to do start from scratch and do previous work I had done over while Rick explained he could repair the work and save me some money since I had already paid for work years ago. The crew Rick sent was prompt, clean and very respectful of my house and I was extremely satisfied with work they did. It has now been 2 months since the work was done and everything has been dry with no issues at all on the new work that was done or the repairs to the old work that the other waterproofing company did and couldn't figure out how to repair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and have already sent them a friend to have work done as well.
