"Louis, owner of ProCare Carpet & Tile Cleaning, was a pleasure to work with.  He is very professional and knowledgeable and very courteous and friendly. I called and talked to him extensively a few times before calling him out for a free estimate. My tile floors had old, dried on paint on the tile and grout, and the wood under my old carpeting had old pet odor stains.  He was very open to answering all the questions I had for him before doing the jobs, which basically involved all my home's flooring.   He came out and gave me a free estimate, which was a very reasonable price among the quotes I had gotten.  I needed to wait a few weeks before having him come back and clean my flooring, and he was quite willing to wait for me to call him back.  No high pressure sales tactics.  He did the job with his son who is a very courteous and respectful young man.  My job actually took them longer than anticipated, due to the old, dried on paint on my tile and grout that was very stubborn to remove (and there was more of it that he couldn't see when he came out for the estimate due to tarps being on the floor as we were doing a little remodeling), but he did not raise his price.  I was very pleased with the results, the professionalism, and the price.  I prefer to use local businesses, especially small, family-owned businesses.  My experience with Louis and his son was very positive.   I have referred Louis from ProCare to friends and neighbors. <br />"

"The AQM product did a great job of killing off the remaining Mold that was next to impossible to get to. It was in carpet, and under some cabinets. There is no longer any issues, and all the people in the Apartment are healthy again. Have also used a number of OdorXit Products in our aging parents house. We had to remove paneling and ceiling tile and spray the frame structure with the Mold killing product. Parents report that they are feeling better, and no longer notice the old / moldy smells. Have been very pleased with the product performance and the advice provided by OdorXit. I highly recommend these products."

"Did not know better but took first quote. They were going to charge $400 for everything so I accepted. When tech showed up he said that the $400 quote was for either service not both. As I needed to have work done and they said there would be an additional charge if I rescheduled anyway, we agreed to pay and had the work done. Carpets looked good not great when they finished. On next cleaning used taylor restoration (no longer providing these services) and they got stains out coit said they couldn't. They also steam cleaned my entire house carpeted areas and upholstered furniture for $150. This was several years ago so perhaps they have improved as well as their pricing but for what I paid I was definitely not satisfied with the results and will not use them again."

"This company is run by ED a great guy that hires only the best cleaners. The only reason I gave them a fair for punctuality is that my cleaner doesn't drive and is sometimes late. I let them into my house when I am not there (they have a key). I also have a friend that uses them because of my recommendation and he is really picky. Other than that I have been using them for over a year now and would highly recommend. <br />"
