Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Not only does he have a great personality but he was on time and is so precise with how he cleaned the carpets! Daniel made sure to answer all my questions and did a better job than any other Carpet service I have ever used. The CleanPro system is great because it isn't the traditional way to clean the Carpet by soaking the carpet and creating "mud" under the carpet as he explained :) The carpets were very lightly damp and dried quick. The products are safe for pets and kids. He took his time and made sure he covered every inch of the Carpet.
