"The sewer was rooted from the outside clean out. The tech was able to remove a large clump of roots but was unable to get the big cuitter all the way to the end. He was able to punch a hole through with a smaller cutting tool. He could not give the standard warrenty on his work since the big cutter could not make it through. He recommended, in the Spring, to have the sewer line looked at with a camera and determine what is blocking the big cutter from reachinmg the end of the sewer line."

David offered 2 options which was to replace the sump pump or repair the switch.  David also noticed that the check valve was cracked and spraying water when sump pump runs. We chose to repair the switch and have the check valve replaced. The diagnostics and repair took just under an hour. Great Work! <br />"
