"The technician Justin arrived promptly and determined the crack in the interior frame required GE to address it directly. Justin called them while at my home, explained the issue to them and secured a case # from them so I could get them to resolve the problem. Justin also was able to install a replacement filter for my refrigerator water dispenser while on this service appointment. I was very pleased with Justin and Techline Appliance repair"

"Their price to repair was higher than replacement (no fault of their's) and Samsung's parts are the problem (they use dissimilar metals for basket and spinner support that corrode quickly and then clog the water pump). I will replace, but with Whirlpool Duet at their recommendation."
