"Jake came right out, took a look at our foundation wall and knew what was needed to repair it. At first he told us it would be possible to schedule the work on a Saturday, but as it turned out they were able to complete it the same week he came out. Jake worked right along with his workmen. They did a wonderful job of correcting the bowed and cracked wall. The lifetime, transferable warranty was welcome news. The price was much less than anticipated. We would definitely hire them again."

"USA Waterproofing & Foundation Services did an Outstanding job on our basement!! The manager Mark was extremely professional and personable and coordinated the job with our schedule in a timely fashion. Mark sent out a qualified individual (John) to ascertain our dilemma and make the appropriate recommendation to correct the problem. The men that came to actually do the job were Awesome, they worked efficiently and did exactly what was requested in not only a timely fashion but in a proficient manner and went out of their way to come prepared and answered any additional questions we had at the time of the project. I would without reservation Highly Recommend USA Waterproofing, you will not be disappointed!! Additionally, we did quotes with three other companies and USA Waterproofing and Foundation Services had the best pricing and again, their quality of work was Excellent!! I would definitely use this company for any additional work needed at our house in the future."

He and Rick went above and beyond to help us and even fixed some extra issues just because they are kind, thoughtful and helpful. "My experience with Advanced Restoration and Wateroroofing was very positive. The initial consulation with Marty was straight-forward and with no pressure. He gave me different options and never tried to oversell. Once I made my decision, both Marty and the owner, Mike Bird, stayed in touch ahead of the ptoject work. Mike Jr.and crew arrived on the scheduled day and finished the waterptoofing project in the time-frame they estimared. They were communicative and always helpful with any questions I had. When they were finished. Mike Jr. spent a good amount of time showing me the work they had done both inside and outside. The basement work looked great and they cleaned up everything once they were done. Outside, Mike Jr..recommended other projects in the backyard that I could do myself to futher divert water from the foundation. It was a very positive experience and I recommend them to anyone needing waterproofing or foundation work done"

"I Hired Buckeye Waterproofing because they did my son and daughter in laws house and they were very pleased and the basement looked great. I was nervous I'm an older man if I could've done it myself I would've but i'm glad I didn't. My basement was leaking had mold, a wall moving, and cracks. it was in awful shape and completely unusable. Rick came out and gave me an estimate which I felt was fair due to the horrible condition of the basement. I hired them right away and they got the job started right away. Rick came out with a crew of 4 guys the day the job was set to start. He explained everything to me went over the details I was able to tell him specifics I wanted they set up plastic so my stuff wouldn't get dirty and plastic hanging in the doorways so it wouldn't get the other room's  dirty. They also set up tarp to walk on so my floors didn't get dirty. They also set ply-wood on the lawn so the machine didn't ruin my lawn. Over a period of 4 days they waterproofed my basement from the outside and installed 6 structural straps from the inside. The sprayed mold removal on the walls and scrubbed them. They also filled in all the cracks with  mortar. The waterproofing fixed the leaking, the straps prevented the wall from moving more. I haven't had a problem since and i'm finally able to use my basement. I couldn't be more grateful and happy I hired them.

"I was having drainage problems with my downspouts on the back of my house not draining correctly. Since I bought a house almost 50 years old I had no idea where the water should come out and why it was backing up. Designs of Akron-Canton came in assessed my problem gave me an idea of what should be done what a great price. The owner Kevan was very professional, and very easy to talk and the quote seemed very reasonable so honestly I just didn’t have the time or patience to keep having people come in, so I just went with them and I’m glad I did. they did a great job and they did the job in a timely manner and best of all they didn’t leave a mess around my house."

"The installer arrived on time. All of the installation proceeded without any complications. The installer provided documentation for the installed device that afforded us our warranty. I should have asked more questions about the device. It offers a one time protection against a catastrophic surge event. It is not a device that can be reset and used after the occurence of such an event. I would have like to have known this prior to purchase. I may have investigated further options and chosen otherwise. The installer was extremely professional and I would recommend him in the future and call upon him for further electrical service work.
