We had a lot of ideas and his crew put it all together for our dream kitchen. This project went so smoothly and the quality is perfection! They were a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend Emerald Remodeling."

"We hired Higgins Construction to put in an egress window and replace an additional window in our basement. Mike was great to work with, as was his crew. The work they performed was clean and timely and we are extremely satisfied with how both windows turned out. We will definitely be returning to Higgins Construction for future projects!"

"Bill is very professional and detail oriented. Cleaned up after working even sweeping the driveway of sawdust. Worked on installing cabinet, faucet and miscellaneous projects. Would not hesitate to hire again."

"Darren, Kathy, and their team at Twin City Handyman LLC were a joy to work with on my house projects for 2022. Darren or Kathy; answered all my questions promptly. Kathy; stayed in communication with me on each project, providing an estimated timeframe for when it would start and how long the job would take. She made me feel more like family; than a client. Their work crew was awesome people; everyone showed up on time each day with a smile and good energy day in and day out throughout working on all (3) projects. I could not have asked for a better efficient team; that got the job done to perfection. I recommend potential clients reach out to Twin City Handyman LLC for REASONABLE PRICES and GREAT SERVICE. All my remaining future projects; will be done by Twin City Handyman LLC. -Pat Kimaro"

"I wanted to build an addition for a better master suite and enlarge my living room. Wolf Creek supplied me with computer generated images of the layout they suggested. My living room now fits all the furniture I want. The master suite checks all the boxes. An organized walk in closet. A beautiful and spacious bathroom and plenty of room around my king size bed. A huge thanks to the team at Wolf Creek."

"Faulty plumbing performed as part of the required renovation resulted in leak into the downstairs ceiling (which was addressed promptly but the ceiling tile was still damaged) and damage to the tub surround during the install had to be repaired with a color match kit (which looks acceptable) but shouldn't have happened. Price was fair and the work was completed on time. Ultimately we are pleased with the final product and are okay with the fixes performed to address the damage done."

"Project of demo old deck and build a new to the same plan did not get started until late November. There were periodic weeks during the winter that did not allow for any work. The company owner/manager(Ivan) kept us informed of the status. The quality of workmanship was very good and followed the city inspection. Project that was over 15K came in at the bid price."

"A great experience working with David. He was dedicated to the job start to finish, and I was really impressed with the quality of the work. The electrical work was very nicely done. I love the new lighting in the basement family room and the storage and mechanical areas. Don't worry about him going from job to job. He always made us a priority. Professional, knowledgeable, and has a good group of subcontractors. He is pleasant, listens well, and I never thought that he was tired of my questions. As the job progressed, I added more work, because I saw he was doing so well with it, I kept him going fixing a bunch of other stuff around the house! Definitely hire again. I have many more projects lined up for him! My only regret was doing some work myself and not having him do it! Also, his millwork is perfection. I have never seen such perfectly mitered corners in any house I've had. Outstanding. Thanks, David! We'll talk to you soon. :o)"
