"Our deck hadn't been treated for over 5 years. It was in bad shape. Kevin responded to my inquiry the same night. He quoted me the entire job and gave me a choice of several high end products. We choose Flood brand stain. Kevin went out of his way to work with us on a color and product choice. He even talked us out of our original choice and into one that was exactly what we were looking for. He even came out and applied a small sample area so that we could see the color. He power washed on Monday. Let the deck dry a day and stained on Wednesday. He arrived when he said he would and worked very professionally. Our deck is over 20 years old, has been done several times. This is the best it has ever looked. There was zero over stain anywhere. It was all done by hand. I would recommend Kevin to anyone. <br />"

"Both occasions were for the same work. Areas of the house and garden were covered with tarps to prevent overspray staining the house or foliage. Company workmen used water to pressure wash the deck, cleaning off algae stain. After deck dried (over a period of a day or so), workmen returned and stained deck with aerial sprayers, spraying stain over the whole deck. <br /> The quality of work was different in both cases. <br /> First occasion on 6/5/08, the deck turn out beautiful, the complete stain completely covering the wood, so it looked new. I give it an "A" grade. <br /> Second occasion on 5/3/13, after staining, the coverage was spotty and intermittent looking, with variations in stain coverage. It looked as if the workmen didn't have enough stain to cover the deck. I give it a "C-" grade. <br /> I took pictures and uploaded them to my computer, with the intent of contacting the Deck Rescue owner (Bill Hydock), and emailing the photos. Unfortunately, my hard drive crashed, and I lost the photos. I never did contact the owner. <br /> From my personal contact with Mr. Hydock, I believe he would have tried to correct the incomplete stain coverage. <br />"

"From start to finish, they were excellent. Received an email sane day I requested a quote via the online option. Art came out the sane day and quoted the project. Very reasonable pricing. Scheduled work. Called the day before to remind and called the day of the service, since I was not home, to ensure I was fine with the work. I was very pleased. They power washed the house, my deck, walkway and brick pavers. I was especially thrilled that they cleaned the overgrowth of weeds in between the pavers. Overall, I would use them again and highly recommend. My house looks great."
