Once my wife and I selected a design and approved the work to be done we sign a contract and received a final price. John returned several days later with a bound prospectus (very impressive). This detailed the steps to be taken in completing the job. I must say that they adhered to each step throughout the process. We were never left guessing what was next. John was always available whenever we had a question. The final product was beautiful. I must say this was the best construction experience I have ever had.
