"Dave called ahead to let me know he was on the way, and arrived on time. He removed his shoes when coming into the house. A squirrel had entered our home though a hole it had made in the patching compound where the flue enters the chimney. Dave was prepared for a potential animal removal situation, and took every precaution to make sure we were not going to have an animal getting into our house. He check several places where the squirrel could have been hiding, but it appeared the critter had check out before he showed up. Dave cleaned some debris out out of the furnace flue, and even unclogged our condensation drip tube (don't know what to call it). I had to leave in the middle of the job, and he explained what he was going to do when I was gone. When I arrived back at the house he had completed the job within the time frame he had projected. He installed a stainless steel cap on our chimney, and patched the hole the squirrel had made. When I checked out the work in our basement I was impressed, and he even cleaned up the area where the squirrel had made a mess. The price was more than fair considering the professional work that was done. Dave was very thorough, friendly, and did an excellent job all around. Wow! These are the people you want to work on your chimney. We heard some noises a week later, and I called Dave back to see if he needed to come back out. He explained it was likely the squirrel trying to get back in, and the sound was echoing down the furnace flue. It appears that was the case. He offered to stop by, and check it out to make sure. I explained I was satisfied with that answer, and would just check on it once in a while. So far no other problems."

"They came out 3 times to install the fireplace in stages: 1) roughed in the fireplace, cut hole for venting and installed venting, 2) started up fireplace with the final gas line hookup after framing was completed and fire blocks were in place and before drywalling, 3) installed the face of the fireplace after the drywall was hung and painted. <br /> Dale, the installer, was very professional. He walked me through the remote control explaining all of the options as well as a few controls that are accessible under the fireplace. He also explained the care and maintenance of the fireplace. Overall, it was a great experience. <br /> They did come out a 4th time in between the 1st and 2nd stages that I mentioned above. The inspector wanted additional fire blocking around the vent. They installed that without a hassle. The inspection then passed. <br /> Great job all around. <br />"

"The Sela inspector came to our house on time and was very thorough in explaining the problems with our roof and gutters to us. Sela's inspectors worked with our insurance company including pointing out further damage. Sela accepted the insurance companies estimate. We took Sela's advice and waited until this spring to have the work completed. The roofing crew started on time as scheduled, kept us apprised of their progress and completed the work within a few days. A large roofing crew worked quickly and efficiently. The cleanup was perfect. We have not found even a single nail or any other debris from the roofing job. The roofing crew even swept our sidewalk and driveway. Our gutters and gutter screen covers were replaced by Sela Gutters. Sela worked to find a matching gutter color that we had requested. The seamless gutters now drain perfectly. Downspouts and extensions were installed in the correct location and properly secured. The gutter crew worked a very long day to complete the job in a single day.
