Despite some hiccups in the permitting process, Rick made sure we had clarity on the scope, financing and terms and then the guys did a great job building the deck. We had one small cosmetic issue when it was done, and not only did they come out and take a look but offered to make it right immediately with no questions asked. Unfortunately our siding is fairly new so there isn't anything else we can hire Eagle Siding to do but if we ever build a home (or move into one that needs some work) they will be our first call."

"I couldnâ t be happier with the work that Pro Custom Builders did for me. I had a piece of facia come loose and needed to be replaced. Tony was able to determine the manufacturer of the original facia based on photos and some information I provided. The facia was 17 years old and I was thrilled that he would be able to match what I had on the rest of my house. When the day came to fix the issue, he walked me through his plan to safely access the area that needed to be replaced, which was on an awkward spot of my roofline between the house and attached garage. After the work was done, he explained what he did and even mentioned a few siding issues that he noticed. "I had a small repair to be done to the aluminum trim on one side of our garage door. Someone ran into it. Wasn't sure what to expect, but the owner called me about a day later. After explaining the damage and sending a picture, he asked a couple of questions and then gave a price. He had to work our small job into his schedule but did so within a couple of days. "This was the second project that I have hired TCH to do. It's so nice to be able to hire one contractor and have the same people do all of the work (plumbing, carpentry, tile work, etc.,) instead of having to hire a different company for each part of the project, or have a company sub out the work. TCH has the best personnel, always punctual and very cooperative. Regularly checking with me to be sure the job gets done the way I expected. They were very careful to protect all areas from dust and debris and made an exceptional effort to clean up at the end of each day and when the job was completed. "I am giving my rep, Raul, a 5 star rating. I am about to take the plunge and have my house re-sided for the first time ever! My home is 116 yrs old and has only been painted several times over the original wood. However, paint no longer will fix what is happening underneath, with dry rot, aging, etc., so my only option is to have it re-sided & almost start from scratch. I met with Raul, who is "awesome", to say the least. He is knowledgeable, explains everything to a "T" and is so down-to-earth. My old "farm" house is 2 stories, plus a walk-up attic, so this would have cost me a fortune as there is a lot of "territory" to be covered. It still is going to cost me a fortune, but Raul covered every crook & cranny to cut my costs immensely to make it affordable. I am so grateful for his assistance.
