"Alamo Garage Doors really care about their customers. Our door wouldn’t close properly, and they took the time to explain why and how to fix it. Everything was repaired on the spot, and it’s been working perfectly since."

"Wonderful company and Illay was very personable and professional. He did a great job and fixed little things I didn’t even mention. Thank you, Illay!"

"they did a very professional and amazing job by fixing the garage door at a very short notice. Very reliable service"

"Best company out there by far I had a problem with my door last year and I called a few places they all tried to find more problems and charge me more. In this line of business loyalty is the most important thing in my opinion 10 out 10"

"Excellent service from start to finish! I called for a broken garage door spring replacement, and the team responded quickly and professionally. They explained the problem clearly, replaced the spring efficiently, and made sure the door was operating smoothly before leaving. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The pricing was fair, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repairs or a spring replacement. Outstanding experience and truly five-star service!"

"The manager was extremely responsive and sent professionals promptly. They managed to repair two garage doors with multiple problems right on the spot and prevented me from having to replace two garage doors. We were very impressed with the service and quality of work."

"Great! Tony was professional and did a great job putting up the garage door."

"Tech found and corrected the problem within 1 minute (excellent). Would have been very happy to pay the quoted fee of $70 for the service call. But tech then proceeded to criticize the equipment of the doors claiming they were underpowered. The openers are 12 years old, and this was the very first problem I had with them, and that was because someone bumped the eye and put it out of alignment. Not so much a repair as an adjustment. Tech also tried to sell me an upgrade kit for $700/door. When I asked about possible tune-up service, he took a can of lube out of the truck (which he said I could buy at Home Depot) and sprayed the tracks on 3 doors. Then the price jumped from $70 to $350 ($150/door with a $30 "discount coupon" for the third). Really would have like it if he had told me before hand how much I would be paying for his 25 minute visit. He did no other service on the doors. I was really pleased how quickly they responded, but company really should advise people before hand re: additional charges, especially that much."

"Had them install garage door and garage door opener. Did an excellent job, previously had them install 2 garage door openerâ s on previous home. Highly recommend them. There was a problem in which they came back and repaired it the same day I called. NO CHARGE, also another time it was my fault that I needed a repair came back same day of service call and again NO CHARGE"

"AMAZING! Ken and his staff are life savers! Let me start with saying that my double car garage door had fallen completely off track and was laying on the ground over 4th of July week. I couldn't find one local or non local company that could (in my opinion wanted to) come and fix this on such a busy week. But, Ken was there the next day with all the material needed to get my garage door fixed. I couldn't thank him enough. HIGHLY recommend if your looking for a very experienced and reliable company for garage doors."
