The gentleman who did our laminate was a magician, to say the least! Our home had some very challenging woodwork - railings atop a sunken living room (about a 6and quot; drop). He came up with an ingenius solution to place trim along the railing in such a way that the 'seams' didn't show where the laminate meets the carpet. It looks so sharp and has held up really well. He was professional, quick, and cleaned up after himself! <br /> <br /> The carpet installer was really good too. We had a bit of a delay in getting someone scheduled, because we have a cat and several of their installers are severely allergic, so it took a couple weeks longer to get on the list, but nothing to really cause any concern. But once he arrived, he too was quick, efficient, and polite. <br />"
