(We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."

His pricing was very competitive. His reputation for good quality work appears to be growing as he is about 7 weeks out from deposit to installation. Since time was an issue for our project I had to choose another vendor so I'm unable to make a personal comment on quality, although I am confident, based on speaking directly with Nick, and from reading his many glowing Yelp reviews, that his workmanship would have first rate."

"He was very polite. He explained why he could not properly close in my replacement window. I emailed photos of the jobs to be done 4 or 5 days later and never received a response by phone or email but he did show up at the scheduled time and looked over the jobs I had for him. All were done in the time frame he estimated except for a carport roof repair which was more evolved than a quick fix. However he did check it out and gave me the list of supplies he would need and the cost to do it. I still have to have my window finished and feel if I was told before hand I could have had the materials on hand. He did explain he did the best he could with what he had to work with. It is much better than it was as it was pretty bad but I do need to have it totally weatherized. He did not take breaks and filled up the 4 hours that I paid for. The original planned day he showed up at the scheduled time after I sent an email the night before assuming he was not coming since he never responded to mail job list with photos. He assessed the jobs at that time and rescheduled for the following Friday. He called that day letting me know he was running 30 min late which was fine with me. I appreciated the call.

"I would certainly recommend American Property Services and have them do additional work.  This provider installed a new toilet and identified the cause of a leak going to the basement.  The two gentlemen who did the work were professional, quick, thorough and cleaned up after themselves.

They sent out contractors on their list. They don?t do the actual work. What they would do is schedule the contractor and then the contractor would not show up and then they would say we thought we called you to tell you they had rescheduled or something like that. The contractors sent the quotes to Top Notch and then Top Notch gave us the quotes. There were a lot of different things to be done. One company they sent out added something to the quote that was not to have been in there. They did not provide the insurance company with the proper paperwork that was necessary

"The roof was stripped and totally reroofed in one day because rain was predicted for the next day. Cleanup was a challenge but definitely would hire again. Tim was nice to work with."
