"He showed up once after noon to shovel driveway. It was fine. Next snow, I reached out after noon and asked when we could expect him. He complained that he been plowing since the night before (not my problem) and that there was a lot of snow. Why, yes, that?s why we hired you. He said he was going to send another crew over and they never showed. We were definitely not a priority and following that exchange he never reached out. We made other arrangements. Jeff is a poor communicator and unreliable. He clearly has more work than he can handle."

David and Jim were both delightful and very hard working. Watching them tear down the old garage was scary but thrilling because they were such professionals. But, again, the clean-up was just over the top beautifully done.
