I requested to have the wasps in my attic exterminated. A technical arrived the following day. The technician explained his plan of attack in detail. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my safety concerns. He was able to quickly locate the nest in the attic. Not only did the technician kill the wasps he removed the entire nest from the attic to dispose of it. At my request, the technician filled the void in the attic with gap filler at no extra change! "The specialists were all out of copper wire and gap filler when arrived at my home. Apparently I was their last stop for the day and at first I got the feeling like they were rushing to close their work day; especially after they saw evidence that MiteBusters had made a previous visit (about a year before). However, because my mice problem had gotten so out of hand I was adamant that they overturn, pull out, baited and sealed every single possible entryway. Luckily I had some Great Stuff, and some copper pot scrubbers. The straw for the foam had dried up from the last time I used it. What I liked best about the service was they embraced customer service as the first priority; once I became adamant about them checking this and filling that they remained willing and pleasant and were actually really relentless about and cleaned out all of the foam gunk to get it to work. However in the end my mice problem, though improved, still did not completely go away."

Within a couple of days, he was able to visit and assess our situation to figure out what we needed to get any nested birds and attic dwelling squirrels out of our attic. "The exterminator showed up a bit late, but he was kind enough to call ahead and say he was going to be a bit late. He showed up with all the necessary materials. He engaged in a conversation to figure out the situation. And, then he got to work. He thoroughly vacuumed all areas in question, including inside a box spring. He did everything necessary to pretty much guarantee that the bugs (not bedbugs) would be gone within a few days. The last thing he did was spray the place."

"The sales were great and the young man that always came out to service was great.  They were even very pleasant to speak with on the phone.
Availability was tough, when there was an issue the service person would only be in my area one day per week, so if it happened on a Thursday, I would have to wait until Tuesday to see them.
I had an ant problem and it never really was resolved. I had the top package offered with everything except termite protection, yet when it was suggested to have stakes placed in the ground with some repellent or bait, they would not do it unless I paid extra. Pretty certain that should have been included in my plan. I even heard a "whisper" from one employee that it should be included in my plan.
When it came time to re-up my yearly service, the price increased by $200. After searching around, I phoned them and left a voicemail asking someone to call me back regarding the increase of the price and I never heard from them again.  Therefore I never phoned them again.
I would have used them again if the price could have remained the same and if they could have just included the in-ground stakes. I like the idea of eco friendly pest services and have used that type in previous locations, but this was the only one I could find in my area.
