"Pristine did an excellent job on our kitchen remodel. The work included new cabinets, flooring, counters and backsplash. The owners, Nathan and Mike were very "hands on." Everyday, one or both came by to co-ordinate with their workers. They had very good attention to detail. All of the work performed was done in a professional manner. We would definitely use them for any remodel."

"I used Jeremiah and his crew for a new bedroom, bathroom, and mudroom addition to the back of our house. Our project had a unique challenge that arose once we learned that our house was deemed a historical property by the city. He was flexible in scheduling as we waited on the city to approve our plans. Everything moved very quickly as his team built the addition. The entire building crew and subcontractors Jeremiah used were professional and polite and worked with us. Overall, I would use Bridgestone Construction again and recommend them to anyone looking for a general contractor."

"Our initial meeting with Suj was great. Initially, we had in mind a much larger job. He had quoted us $3000 for the closet demolition / wall rebuild (non-load bearing), packaged with several other items. Together with the fee for drawings ($4000) and permits, this was a bit higher than we anticipated. However, we decided to go with Suj due to his responsiveness and professionalism. Out of our other quotes, Suj’s pricing was middle of the pack - not the cheapest or most expensive. When the drawings were complete and evaluated, he gave us an updated cost of $6000 over text message. The scope of work had changed, and this was no longer part of a bigger project - understandable. The issue was when he gave us the official estimate a week later and up’d the price once again to $9000. When asked what happened, his exact words were “well, I need to get paid too”. He had weeks to consider before quoting the $6000 and nothing had changed since then. The extra $3000 may be insignificant compared to most renovation costs, but for us in our first home, this was back breaking. We continued with Suj since we were already locked in and well past the 3 day cancellation period. Their work for the most part was exceptional. The new wall blended perfectly into our existing structure, and the ceiling patch was also well done. The problem here was the floor. They had dug up a 1” deep pit in the floor, likely to remove the wall studs. However, they did not patch the floor or even let us know this was going to be an issue. We were never told about the pit until I decided to check in on their progress one day towards the end of the wall build. This required us to pay a handyman to come in next day on a weekend to patch the concrete since we had cabinets being installed the following Tuesday. Suj was aware of this and did not believe it pertinent information. Overall, Suj and SoCal Builders do quality work, but the issues in pricing consistency lost us before the work even started. Not even telling us that we’d be left with a 1” deep pit in our floor after was another huge issue which should’ve been brought up much earlier. This was our first experience with a contractor and I’m not sure if this is typical or not. However, it’s enough to make me doubt I’d contact them for any future work."

"We've been in our Lakewood home over 27 years and finally made the decision to put our "60's kitchen out to pasture. We had three good contractors bid for this project. We were most impressed by Ben of Creative Home Remodeling Group. His enthusiasm, attention to detail and follow-thru remained constant from concept to completion. Ben overperformed and under promised. His crew of company contractor specialists have been with him for years, and their rapport and communication showed in the finished project. He was on site and/or in phone contact with them and us constantly. They finished ahead of time with Ben staying on task through each stage and to final inspection. No reflection on Ben or his company, but us being a first- time user of a contractor's services, we were a little green about the process, the quotation and what to expect. It is often said to add 20% to the bid for unexpected costs. There were two legitimate additions that couldn't be anticipated. They were fully explained and understood. It is important for anyone doing this, to make good notes and keep in mind what the bidder is contracting to provide and what your responsibilities will be. Ben made this clear from the start-nothing hidden. Many items required us to go to the vendor, choose, and to pay directly, outside the bid parameters. These items-specifically: the vinyl flooring, the quartz counter tops and backsplash, sink, faucet and disposal being the main ones. For the most part, only the highest expense (the cabinets) was factored into the quotation. My wife and I would use Ben and Creative Remodel again and recommend him and his Studio City company without reservation"

"I needed a new house built on a complex foundation. Construction Masters did an amazing job from start to finish. "Trig Builders is an excellent one-stop shop for mainly excellent design, great help in selecting final materials/accessories and mainly for any complete home remodeling. Our master bathroom and kitchen needed to be completely demolished and redesigned. Yossi met with us several times and by listening to us and to what we want to get, he was able to come up with a new concept that included all the ideas and goals of what we wanted to have and his design was very clean, modern while still be within our budget. Yossi also managed and handled all the orders and purchased of the materials and final accessories which caused us to write this review because this was an excellent service. The bathroom was gutted and after the demolition, Yossi and his guys discovered that the floor support beams were damaged so we had to replace them with new ones and to have the floor leveled before they could start the new construction. This problem caused the budget increased by a small cost (Yossi charged us only for the materials) for the overall budget. All the professional people that were involved in the work including the plumber, drywall man, electrician and tile man were excellent and skilled people that executed their part in a very high level of work results. They were very careful about all the cleaning aspect by dropping cloths, plastic wraps for the floors. The kitchen was completely redesigned and Yossi was able to include everything we wanted and needed. He went with us prior to the work and helped us purchasing all the materials appliances. The remodeling job was a week behind the original schedule because of the floor problem and due to few days when we had to leave the house for personal reasons on top of complications in getting the necessary inspections completed. We must mention here that any of the delays was not caused because of Trig Builders fault. We are very happy and satisfied with Yossi, the workers and all the skilled people and mainly Trig Builders as the company and we highly recommend them."
