Nathan showed up as our Tech. He was quick and let me watch him go thru our system. Nathan knew his stuff and quickly showed me what was wrong and got us up again and running. It was clear our 25 year old system was on it's last legs and Nathan hook me up to his sales rep. Tim was also very professional and easy to talk to. Tomorrow we are replacing the complete system.
