Just responded quickly and luckily he was able to work on my project the next day. The work was amazing, and almost no dust in the house from the work performed. His cut and polish looked way better than the original. Highly highly recommend him."

"My floor had a "designer" finish on top of a concrete base in every room of my townhouse except the bedrooms..  Either the equipment or the chemicals they used took off the top layer of the designer finish in spots.  It did not remove all the designer level finish only in spots which showed the next level color . If I wasn't trying to sale the house at the time I probably wouldn't be upset.  I think the upset was mostly that they didn't mention what occurred with the floors and they dumped the water from their scrubber machine on my front walk and it temporarily stained the sidewalk.  Nice people but I wouldn't use them again.
