"John and Ed are probably the best tile people in Tucson. They are very professional. They are very punctual. They have all their own supplies and equipment. Our cement foundation floor was covered in old black adhesive. It was also too uneven to lay these long, narrow tiles. John and Ed spent 3 days grinding the floor so that it would be level enough for these tiles. John and Ed also removed the old baseboard for us before they laid the tile. We wanted a full tile width next to the entry door, so John and Ed spent several hours measuring the room, spacing the tiles, so they would know how to cut the tiles on the far wall, which is where they needed to start. We have an older home, and the walls were not square. John and Ed handled this well, using the needed diagonal cuts along the long tiles so they would meet the wall. They then spent several days laying the tile. John and Ed first put enough thin set on the floor to accommodate about half a row. Then they back buttered the tile and laid it down for the first time. Then they picked up the tile, smoothed thin set on the tile, back buttered the tile again, and then carefully laid each tile down to accommodate a 1/8and quot; grout line. They also carefully removed any thin set that crept up between the tiles. They also used a razor the next day to shave away any thin set that still remained between the tiles. They randomly staggered the joints for us. The bedroom tile was slightly thicker than the adjoining bathroom tile. John handled the junction of the two tiles through the pocket door threshold beautifully. He cut a plank of Over White tile to conform the frame of the door, and set the tile so that it would be level with the bathroom tile. It looks great! We used Arizona Tile Over White series, which looks like pickled ash hardwood floors. (We do not use actual hardwood floors in our home here in Tucson because of the termites in the desert soil.) When our housekeeper first saw the new floor, she thought it was a hardwood floor, even after touching it. The tile looks great, but they have to be set properly. And this room looks like is has pickled ash hardwood flooring. Just incredibly beautiful and easy to maintain. <br /> We also found a standard bullnose 4and quot;x24and quot; from DalTile that matched the Arizona tile almost perfectly. John ordered the tile for us, The day after the tile arrived, John and Ed came out with the tile. They laid all the SBN along the wall, so we could see how we wanted the grout lines. Then they prepared the wall for the tile. The wall had some plaster and wood glue still present from the old wood baseboard that had been removed. Ed then laid the baseboard tile. <br /> John and Ed waited at least a day after laying the tile to grout the tile. And then another day to seal the grout. John and Ed also use caulking instead of grout along any joints that need to be flexible. <br /> They damp cleaned the floor any time they needed a clean surface throughout the project. <br /> There's a lot of chatter on the internet about how to lay porcelain tile over a cement foundation. We are so glad we had this professionally done. Our floor looks truly amazing. <br /> John Mourelatos has been laying tile for us since very early on, before 2005 at least. Here in Arizona an excellent tile person is an absolute requirement for home remodeling and renovation. John has contributed to restoring our older home, making it sparkle, and we are deeply grateful for his expertise. John and Ed are also both very personable. If you go into Arizona tile, sometimes some of their sample tile layouts are done by John. <br />"

"The craftsmanship and customer service were amazing. They worked within my time frame and went above and beyond to install the granite in our vacation home located 4 hours away. We were so impressed we decided to remodel our kitchen in Tucson and used them as well. Our kitchen was very complex and they had the machinery that made it look perfect. One of the biggest selling features for us was the fact that they template the kitchen with laser technology so they don't have to rip your kitchen apart. They were able to demo and install everything within the same day!! Everything was very smooth from sales to install. We felt like the pricing was very fair and the customer service was second to none."

"Jose and Marco were extremely professional. We have no baseboards so the installation went right up to the drywall. There was almost no touchup needed because they were so careful. Both men arrived when they said they would, and worked solidly the entire day. They brought their own lunches and kept their down time to a minimum. They were polite and cleaned up the work site every day before leaving. We were very impressed with the quality of their workmanship. Yes, we are very happy and would heartily recommend Complete Flooring. Thank you for a job well done!"

"I received outstanding service from Premium Granite, LLC. They contacted me very quickly to discus my project. In our discussion he explained to me the process to seal the tops myself and save me about $200. He offered product recommendations and tips to complete the sealing myself. He also advised me to contact him should I have any questions when doing the resealing. Also should I run into issues he would then send his people out to bid and finish the job. Outstanding customer service, caring about my needs and cost. His instruction was very clear and simple. Thank you for your honesty and integrity with my job. Will definitely use them for future jobs. Thanks again."

"The owner, Kiko, had great ideas. We added our own and it looks wonderful. Workers did an excellent job. Only slight problem was the last day. They told us that they would be finished that day, then took a long lunch and seemed to really relax - said they'd come back the next day to finish (Saturday.) I pressed, since we had been told it would all be over that day and they did finish the job as promised. <br />"

"The bathroom remodel went very smoothly. Both BJ and Jennifer are fantastic to work with. Our guest bathroom had a soaker tub that we wanted replaced by a shower. BJ gave us a quote and walked us through the different steps, explaining what was involved and how long everything would take. What we liked about BJ and Jennifer is that they really listened to what we wanted and gave us different options, explaining the positive and negative aspects of every option. If one option was cheaper than the other, they let us know ahead so we could factor that into our decision making. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness and their professionalism throughout the remodel process. We love our new bathroom and would recommend this team to anyone who wants a remodel done. They are a class act. Go BJ and Jennifer!"

"In our remodel of two granite bath vanities we experienced impressive professionalism and excellence by Tigran and his two sons. They will be our first choice for follow-on projects. They listen well to customer inputs demonstrated by their response to our layout requests and doing everything needed to meet our schedule. Their quality and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. The mitered edges—important in our design—were implemented with mastery and expertise."

"I have had the pleasure of hiring Xtreme Clean for the past six years for all my carpet cleaning needs, and they (Owner Cara Ordonez and carpet cleaning genius, Albert) have provided the finest service of any contractor I've employed during my 13 years in Tucson. Cara goes the extra mile to schedule the job for your convenience, not hers. She is unfailingly courteous, easy to talk to, and professional. As for Albert, he genuinely enjoys transforming old, dirty rugs into clean, spotless, like-new carpeting. Remember, there's no substitute for enthusiasm for doing things right. First he sprays cleaner on the entire carpet from one end of the house to the other. By the time he finishes spraying, it's back to the starting point for the unique rotary cleaning machine that removes dirt and all other unwelcome material better than any cleaning wand I've ever seen. After he finishes the rotary-cleaning, Albert then uses a suction wand to double - clean the entire carpet while removing excess moisture to speed up the drying process. So look, all of the above is just a very long-winded way of saying that if you want your dirty carpeting cleaned right, Xtreme Clean is the answer."
