To make room, I also had to remove a half dead, ugly elm tree. They took care of it so I didn’t have to call another company. From the start, Saul was very receptive and listened to all my ideas. "SPS was just what we were looking for!!! My wife and I had two projects we wanted done, French Doors and a patio extension. We looked for the right contractor for over a year, interviewing what seemed to be countless companies. And we are really glad we did, the project planning and execution by SPS was spot on. Ed and his team were polite, on time, neat and highly skilled. Ed never pushed us outside our comfort-zone and helped us stick to the budget we discussed. Ed and his crew arrived on time every day and accommodated our schedule on a few days where we needed them to finish early. The whole team was great to work with! SPS more than doubled the size of our existing patio/porch and added electricity, lights, fans and a cover . We now have a great covered space for year round entertaining and relaxing and an open space to have a fire-pit during the cooler times of the year. They also installed french doors inside our home between the living room and the entryway to give some separations between the front of the house and the back of the house. the doors were installed beautifully and properly. We have had other doors installed at other homes and this is not a task for a beginner. Ed's team did and amazing job. The doors, and the patio/porch look like they were a part of the original construction. We have received countless compliments and have been asked for Ed's contact information numerous times after friends and family saw the quality of the work that was completed. Given that it took us over a year to find the right company to complete our renovations, we would not be able to recommend anyone that did not meet the standard we set for our selves, and we have and will continue to recommend Ed and his team to all our friends and family. "Communication 5/5 Quality of work 5/5 Budget and pricing 5/5 Ease of project 6/5 On Schedule completion 5/5 TLDR: The most hassle free, prompt, ahead of schedule, high quality, price sensitive project I've ever dealt with. Would whole heatedly and HIGHLY recommend. The long winded: I've owned multiple homes over the years and have had 3 pools constructed on my properties. Whether pools or renovations I've had extensive experience with contractors sub contractors and the like. My latest project was the most ambitious yet. And having dealt with the myriad of pool companies in the past I wasn't too hopeful. Delays, shoddy work, bait n switch etc. I am used to it unfortunately. That is until I met Jeff from Water Rock. There's a distinct difference between a guy who does something for the love of money and someone who does something for the love of doing it. Jeff is definitely the later. I mean dudes an artist. My experience with Jeff n Water Rock has been of nothing but pure joy and pleasure. Being a doctor I don't have the time to deal with contractors or chase em down coz they're behind schedule etc. I was upfront with Jeff that my time is tight n I don't want hassle. He assured me, gave me his word and DELIVERED on his promise. First of all, he spend time listening and understanding what I wanted. Asked questions and made suggestions. He took my vision, and put it infront of my eyes on the computer. I had never seen anything like that. Then the quote was below I expected I mean thousands below. My neighbor paid almost twice as much as me for half the pool and none of the upgrades (don't tell him lol). Jeff scheduled Literally every step of the project to the day. I got constant updates and progress reports. Jeff made himself available anytime I had a question, concern or an idea. Something as simple as me talking to a worker about an idea, prompted Jeff to call and speak to me. AT LENGTH! The pool was finished under budget so I paid less than agreed upon price, and ahead of schedule. We got to play in the pool for a couple of days before the big reveal party. The finished product looked EXACTLY like I saw it in my head. The two changes made with prior approval actually made the pool experience better. We spend way more time at the pool as a family than I had anticipated. It's utterly gorgeous and might I say the best pool on the street. The attached outdoor kitchen gets more use than our regular kitchen and I've rediscovered the grillmaster in me. I absolutely love the stone floor and the waterfall is my wife's favorite. The view out the kitchen window and breakfast nook is nothing short of breathtaking. Most of all I truly appreciated the utterly hassle free experience. And I can't stress that enough. I had been so tired of dealing with people who promise and don't deliver but my time has hanged since Water Rock. I would highly recommend Water Rock for literally any of your pool needs. Up next, a kitchen remodel. :-)"

"We hired Larry for 2 projects, and both were exceptional in their design. The first was a second-story deck off of the master, with a vaulted screened room and a spiral stair leading down to the patio area. The roof lines complimented the existing roof beautifully. The second project was a 3-phase building: â ¢ Phase 1 was my 45'x30' woodworking studio with 24' vaulted ceiling. This is a metal building;. â ¢ Phase 2 added a 2-story 20' x 30' one bdrm 2 bath apartment to the back of the studio, including floor to ceiling glass windows on the back side. â ¢ Phase 3 will be converting the structure into a 4-bdrm house when I am no longer able to do this work. It was a complex plan, and Larry executed everything beautifully. No wasted space anywhere. He really listens well, and is very responsive. We highly recommend Larry for both new buildings and remodel. His design is impeccable."
