"Blake got the job done quickly and efficiently, in spite of triple digit temps. His bid was reasonable and very fair. He answered all my questions clearly and in detail, and I was impressed by his knowledge of the matter at hand. When he finished, he explained the workings of the new water heater in layman terms. I would highly recommend Blake for any of your plumbing needs, big or small."

"The work was completed smoothly, we looked at my issues and he told what would happen next and within 30 minutes the work was completed."

"The service did not work out very well at all. The individual came out and worked on the water softener for an extremely long period of time, which I didn't have a complaint about, but after he was done, the water softener was leaking internally. You could hear the water running. I called him back and I asked him what his recommendation was, and he asked me whether my water was soft, I said yes, so he said he was done. I wasn't asking him to come and fix it for free, I was asking if it was repairable, because he said he got into it and found out one of the ports was blocked, and he peeled off the calcium and showed it to me, but now it is working. I had one that was not working right, and now I have one that is not working at all. I called to find out if he could fix it, and he said that if the water was soft, he was done. I was not happy with that. I am now trying to find someone who can come and look at it and see if it is fixable or if I have to replace it. It wasn't too long after I purchased the big deal that they came out. They didn't charge us anything extra. I thought the price was about right. He worked extremely hard, other than the possible damage that he did. He responded very well, but he didn't want to follow up on it. I will not use him again in the future."

"I had a water heater fail on a Sunday morning. I submitted a request and got a response in less than a minute. The person was extremely helpful and we arranged an install only a few hours later. I couldn't be happier with the service and attention to detail. *This review was migrated from an affiliated account on Angi with an original submission date of 2/18/2021."

"Was experiencing problems with tankless hot water heater. Talked to several professionals and their explanations of my problems didn't make sense. Talked to Mr. Bret. He knew immediately what the problem was an dhow to fix it. I am so happy now. I will be using them again in the future."

"It went beautifully. Not only were the plumbers courteous and knowledgeable, the work was excellent. Their attention to detail was amazing! I would highly recommend them."

"Parker and Sons sent out two guys to quote installation of a tankless hot water heater.  They were very responsive and flexible in scheduling time to come out.  They were also very punctual and professional.  They weren't as thorough as some of the other companies that came out, but perhaps that's just knowing what they have to do.  Where I was let down was the price. The quoted prices was 2X the cost of the other two companies I had out to quote the same job.

"Responsive, excellence customer service, completed the evaluation and replacement of water heater in a A little over 2 hours. Kept me informed of during each phase of the installation and insured the installation was up to code. I will use them again."
