"SPS was just what we were looking for!!! My wife and I had two projects we wanted done, French Doors and a patio extension. We looked for the right contractor for over a year, interviewing what seemed to be countless companies. And we are really glad we did, the project planning and execution by SPS was spot on. Ed and his team were polite, on time, neat and highly skilled. Ed never pushed us outside our comfort-zone and helped us stick to the budget we discussed. Ed and his crew arrived on time every day and accommodated our schedule on a few days where we needed them to finish early. The whole team was great to work with! SPS more than doubled the size of our existing patio/porch and added electricity, lights, fans and a cover . We now have a great covered space for year round entertaining and relaxing and an open space to have a fire-pit during the cooler times of the year. The doors, and the patio/porch look like they were a part of the original construction. We have received countless compliments and have been asked for Ed's contact information numerous times after friends and family saw the quality of the work that was completed. Given that it took us over a year to find the right company to complete our renovations, we would not be able to recommend anyone that did not meet the standard we set for our selves, and we have and will continue to recommend Ed and his team to all our friends and family. It took awhile to get the project started but Allan was always in touch and came to give an estimate and was thorough, punctual and professional.  He had other jobs to finish but once his two guys got started they showed up, got the job done and were pretty good at cleaning up.  It took a week because we changed the door and Allan picked up the Pella door that we ordered at Lowe's. 



We are pleased with the results.  The back door to the vegetable garden replaced a small window and had to be put in the brick side of the house.  They took matching floor tile we had and did a great job making the doors look like they have always been here.

We got at least 4 bids for this project and Allan was the most reasonable and most thorough with his quote and explaining what needed to be done.  They also had to move electrical outlets and that added a little time to the project.  They put an additional outside outlet in for us as well as moving the inside outlet.

I would definitely use Allan and his company again and would feel confident referring Cornerstone to friends and family.
