"My 3 year old son flooded our bathroom to create a "water park" at around 8pm one night. We called A-1 immediately (after hearing on the radio) and they we're there within an hour. We cleaned up as much as we could and they did the rest. The guys we dealt with over the 3 days they we're here to clean up the water, check the fans, etc. we're so professional. We had a great experience and would recommend to anyone!"

Oh, one other item, the "B" in punctuality was because of not beginning the work on the day promised, also on the last day he was about an hour and a half late, other than that, they showed up on time and worked hard and long hours. Something else that I left out - his original quote, which did not mention, so I wrongly assumed it included, moving the furniture to remove the carpet and put down the hardwoods. I did not find out until after I had agreed to the work that it cost extra for him to actually move the furniture! I also thought this rather unprofessional. Make sure that you require a quoted line item for moving and putting back the furniture. We ended up moving some of it ourselves and paid him to move some of it. I don't know quite how he expected to get the carpet out and the new floor in without moving the furniture, and that something as essential as that would have been included in his quote, but it was not. Just something to be aware of if you use him, or anyone else. Be sure that the quote that you get includes moving the furniture and putting it back."
