"For our home addition/renovation we are very grateful to have found Richard Connolly and his site iCornerstone. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. We interviewed a number of general contractors but we were overall a bit uncomfortable after the interviews due to gaps in transparency regarding how costs were calculated and how timelines were established, resulting in some lack of confidence. We happened upon Richard’s iCornerstone site via Angies. Richard provided an extremely transparent and detailed description of his unique and practical process, which delivered a set of superb designs along with a truly logical, transparent, and honest listing of costs, both materials and labor, at all stages, and how those costs were derived. Richard also delivered transparency on timelines, and he provided recommendations for all the needed tradespeople that he had historically a close working relationship with; alternatively we could have selected tradespeople of our own choosing. Richard and his process gave us the utmost confidence for proceeding. We proceeded with our renovation under Richard’s guidance and his own crew and the entire process went according to plan with excellent communication, rapport, and confidence at all stages from excavation to final finish work. Transparency, confidence-building, dependability, highly knowledgeable, customer-friendly, and results-oriented are all terms we would use to describe Richard and the iCornerstone process. We strongly recommend Richard for anyone contemplating any home renovation or home addition, large or small."

"We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. "Phil coordinated and supervised the entire roof repair and shingling of our 200 year old house. He then stripped the clapboards to bare wood, replaced broken clapboards as well as soft wood behind some of them, before applying 3 coats of paint to the entire house. Phil told us up front that he took his time to do it right and would not be applying paint within three days of it raining., to ensure there would be no moisture under the paint. The work was done meticulously, with care taken to avoid any spillage or leftover material. I wish I could provide some photos to show his work!"

Gerry went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to standard and done correctly. I really appreciated the constant communication so I was never left in the dark. Because there was a time restraint there were minor details that were a little off but nothing major that we couldnâ t fix. Gerry actually did more than he needed to but it was very tremendously appreciated. He even followed up and made sure everything was how we wanted it. Gerry and his team made our home feel like home again after a tragedy and I do recommend using his services. Attached are some before and afters of the kitchen and bedroom that were both destroyed in the fire and the amazing job Gerry and his team did!
