"This is a great company. I have a 2 family with only 1 water heater, and it needed to be replaced. Chris went over all the options with me and explained everything very well. He helped me figure out the best option for my property with no pressure and no upselling. Matt and his helper were extremely professional and helpful when they installed the new unit. I just can't say enough positive things about them all! When it is so tough to know who is trustworthy enough to hire, it is helpful to know that you can trust Viscarello!!!"

"I received a call back on this water heater install within 10 minutes of communicating my needs on a Sunday. Price was quoted real time and install scheduled for the following afternoon. Due to availability of my requested tank, install slipped to the following morning. Work was completed quickly. This was a marked improvement from my experience on the Friday before the weekend, when I called 10 other plumbers, looking for help. Only two answered to tell me they were too busy and didn’t want the work. One called back but couldn’t commit to a date to complete the work. I would definitely recommend M.A. Paone for your water heater needs."

"Morris Heating and AC provided service that should serve as a model for all other service providers. They were consistently professional, efficient and response, ultimately installed a system at a very good price and did so urgently as we were entertaining guests from out of town. From the front office (Heather and Kaitlin) to the service manager (Greg) to the individuals who actually did the work at the house - beginning with Julin, then Blaise and finally Christos who actually installed the system, I interacted with very pleasant and effective people."

"Cecil is an absolute professional and dedicated this his craft. When a heating system pipe burst in the middle of winter, Cecil was there within the hour to fix it. We have used him several times for repairs and upgrades at our rental units - his work is flawless and his prices are fair."

"We had to have heat and ac added to our attached apartment. Derek came out and sized what we needed and they installed mini splits for us. Great work!"

"This was an emergency service call. Main water supply pipe from street to our house had failed. They responded to call within 45 minutes, evaluated issue, gave us price, Within another half hour equipment showed up. Staff was friendly professional and efficient. Start to finish from initial phone call to replaced main with running water re-established was just over 4 hours. Really impressive company with great customer service. Thank you!"

"These guys are great. Water heater broke and was leaking all over the cellar. They replaced my water heater and had everything done within a couple of hours. Highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again."

"Angel was exceptional, professional, efficient, clean and responsive to every request, fixed numerous issues related to my toilets, noticed a flooring issue that we are now addressing and diagnosed a water heater issue that had been attributed falsely to a foundation issue saving us thousands. They are expensive compared to many but worth every penny we spent."

"The young technicians who came to my home to installed the new thermostat and move it to another wall in my home were polite and conducted themselves professionally in my home and cleaned after themselves. I very appreciated Uri suggestion when he recommended to me another alternative at the initial visit and gave me a few quotes to choose from. So I'm very happy with ER service and I would rehired these two individuals back to my home. I will definitely recommend ER to other people in my life."
