Within a day or so we had his bid. After signing the contract, we drove to Opelika to select appliances and then to Birmingham to select the granite. We also went to Sherwin Williams to select our paint colors. </p> <p>Holland acted as general contractor and coordinated the work among the employees and subcontractors used on the project. Everything was done professionally with almost no problems. Demo on the first day included removing the countertops and all of the appliances. We talked them into leaving the fridge for a few extra days. Flooring was delayed but eventually was installed at the end of the first week. </p> <p>We are very pleased with the end result but thought it could have been coordinated a little better so that we didn't have to go without our kitchen for ten days.</p> <p></p> <p>All-in-all, we highly recommend Holland Homes.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"The electrical box was originally located inside a closet, so that was relocated to the outside per code. The septic line under the house was completely demolished and they installed a new line. Later we found out that the property didn't have a septic tank, and Caldwell was quick to come back and move it to the other side of the house once the engineer informed us where the septic tank needed to be installed. They couldn't connect the septic line to the septic tank, only stubbed it outside. They also made sure the line to the city water was replaced. Re-wiring was great. They were willing to install extra outlets in different rooms that weren't originally there, and also wired to install an HVAC system. Also re-wired for a new water heater. Came out a separate time to hook up the water heater when we finally had purchased it."

"We couldn't be happier with the work done by B&B. We had our windows replaced throughout the house and had vinyl trim placed on all the doors, windows, soffits and fascia. There were several color finishes to choose from, and the quality is excellent. The crew showed up each day ready to work, and were polite and friendly. They replaced rotten sills and fascia before covering with vinyl. We had to wait about 8 weeks from the quote because of their schedule, but once the work began, it was completed within a week."

However, I have had no problems with it and that was over a year ago and we have had torrential rains.They cleaned the area thoroughly and you could not find an old tile or a nail in the yard. <br />"

"Tony came (3/3/22). As always he did a great job. The washing machine flooded in the morning and Tony came that afternoon. Checked all the pipes and washing machine. Took care of the issue and made sure to clean up after. Tony is very professional and explains the problem and solution in a way the lay person can understand. He is also a great guy. Very pleasant and fun to talk too. Dixie is not the cheapest in town, however you get what you pay for. We've been care-plan members for several years and it has paid off bigtime!! I highly recommend Tony and Dixie."

"Everything went great!  We were very satisfied with the service we received so we plan to have the team come out once a month to do cleaning.  However the monthly maintenance will not be as in depth it will get those areas we cannot due to a busy life schedule.  In fact, we did have our first monthly cleaning on 12/14 where 2 cleaning ladies came out.  They took about 1.5 hours and the house looked much better.  It was nice to have someone wash the floors and vacuum the rugs with a powerful vacuum.  The ladies were professional and kept pace to get the job done. <br />"
