"Chris, our service tech, was professional, knowledgable , polite and extremely nice. He replaced our old circuit board with a new one that has worked perfectly. This visit he solved another problem we had , very methodically - didn,t rush to a quick solution. Explained everything. I just feel so secure with the work that he does."

"We installed a new to us dryer and it was not drying properly and there was a bad smell. After we had the vents cleaned the smell persisted and the vent cleaner said it was an electrical problem. It was a Saturday and we were leaving in 3 days. Jonathan (the company owner) said he would come right over and access the situation. as it turned out the wiring got so hot it burned off one of the wires in the outlet.
