This contractor messed things up so badly that I paid them off and sent them packing, even before the job was completed. All Around Shutters came to the rescue. They gave me an estimated cost within 10 minutes of arrival. They repaired the shutters, including the damage inflicted by the previous contractor. They explained the reason or everything they were doing, as they went along. Very pleasant to talk to. Cleaned up the job site, and charged me less than originally estimated.
