"Robert did a great job. The toilet being replaced was very old with a very non-standard setup. Robert figured it out and installed the new toilet very quickly and efficiently. Great plumber."

"called and was told it would be 2hrs till they could come, was fine with that for a short notice. after 2 hrs passed they had not arrived ,so i called and they told me it would be another 45 min. was a little upset but things happen and you get calls. After they arrived we discussed my issue and he looked at the pump and other equipment that goes with it. After about 20 min he made a determination that the pressure tank was bad and would have to be replaced. i told him that i could do the work to save myself some money and asked if he could send a few pics of the new pieces that i would need for the repair. I paid for the diag. and he said he would send me some pics. An hour later he did as he said, and sent me pics of what was needed, . The next day i went and bought the parts and spent all day installing them and even called for a couple of questions and he had no issues with answering them for me. So after a long day of installing i now have good water pressure and everyone at my house is happy. So in closing , being a business owner myself i believe in giving the reviews with other businesses i do business with. Beside the being on time I will give a " A " rating for knowledge and help. I will do business with them in the future and would RECOMMEND them to my friends and business contacts. GOOD JOB AND THANK YOU."

"We recently finished one year with Hendrix. We wanted to be part of their service plan for much longer but unfortunately it was not our choice. In May 2015 we purchased a Trane furnace and heat pump. The installers were respectful of our home. All employees we initially dealt with through our first year were very nice, technicians showed up on time and were courteous, office staff friendly and helpful. Saleman Sean was informative and sold us a small system because our home is small, said we didn’t need a larger one. All other companies we received estimates from were for larger systems and more expensive. In our first year we experienced a variety of issues such as the motor catching fire the first time we turned the system on, furnace being entirely different than pictures shown by Sean, outdoor thermostat not installed, recalled indoor thermostat, defective part giving out shutting off the system etc. Throughout all this, the staff at Hendrix was terrific! They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of especially after the frightening motor fire. We were informed the motor was defective. Again we thank everyone at Hendrix. We asked a few polite questions of Carla at our one year anniversary. Sean responded, treated us disrespectfully and informed us everything that had happened was our fault and because of that Hendrix did not make a profit on us. Carla terminated us immediately from their service plan because as she said it’s her company and she can do what she wants."

"The crew arrived on time and got right to work.  A metal roofing panel had been removed earlier to allow access to the well head.  Pulling up almost 200 feet of pipe was dicey work.  I was impressed by their professionalism.  They communicated constantly so that each one  knew where other was and what they were doing at all times.  The removal and installation went smoothly.  They sterilized the pipe, ran the system through a couple of cycles and everything worked fine.  So they left. <br /> About an hour later the pump died.  I emailed Dorothy.  She responded within a few minutes.  It was after five by this time.  Gary, the owner,  showed up within the hour.  Turned out a wire connector had popped loose.  He re-connected that pesky thing.  There have been no problems since.   <br /> I appreciate the work the crew did in the replacement procedure and the rapid response of the Alpine Pump owners to my call for help.  They do take care of their customers.  I highly recommend them. <br /> <br /> <br />"
