He was very prompt, quickly stopped by to look at the problem and available siding pieces, sent me a very reasonable proposal for the job and did the repairs during the break between Christmas and New Year. It's a small job, and I was very skeptical that Paul would handle it right away, but he did fix everything and even repaired another damage to the siding free of charge! "WOW! Perry and his team were the best! From the walkaround to find the needed repair issues to the follow-up on the 2 small items that we forgot to check until the final walkaround. They estimated a week and were done in 5 days and came back 2 days later to handle the 2 items. They replaced and painted rotting wood around the outside of our home, extended all our gutters into the pipes in the ground, removed all the under deck lattice work trim and replaced it with a much better solution that included a great sliding door to gain access if needed in the future and caulked a high-up window that had developed a minor leak. You will not find - IMO - a better team for almost any kind of construction work on your home."
