"We chose to go with Correy Fletcher and his team because we were impressed with our initial meeting with him. He brought visuals of his work in the past and as part of his estimate, sent us a visual rendering of what our patio would look like with our chosen colors/styles For the actual work, Correy's team was on-time, friendly, and professional. The project took longer than anticipated because of weather conditions but Correy was very communicative about the delays. All parts of the contract were fulfilled. A nice touch that we appreciated is that they pressure-washed the driveway to clear it of tractor tracks, scuffs, etc. The only feedback we have for this project is that we weren't thrilled about the large open corridor between the stairs leading down to the patio and the foundation of the house. We didn't know this would be something we didn't like until the end of the project. We highly recommend future clients to consider what they want to do with that space (keep it open or close it up) and remember to bring that up during your project estimate."

I did wait over a month for Gary to work on my project, but he is well worth the wait. (Frankly, I take that as a good sign that he is busy because that means he is very good.) He contacted me twice during the waiting period to let me know how far out he was from my project and then called me the week before he planned to start it. "The guy I met with was great from the company.  The person who came to do the work was not great.  Very nice but didn't show up the day I was told but came the next date.  That didn't really bother me because I didn't need to be home for it.  Just thought the overall work was ok to marginal at best.  The lattice work wasn't very good.  We couldn't afford the person I wanted to go with but know I regret the decision.

"Tim and his team were very thorough throughout the project. During the estimate, Tim took copious notes, drew a diagram, and took pictures. He provided us with a diagram of the work to be done, and was very open to what we wanted to do. (such as we wanted to re-use slats from our previous railings - he was the only contractor who knew how to build the rails to support the slats). He was very flexible with the estimate process, as we decided to do the demolition work ourselves, and he kept modifying the estimate as we added/removed work from the scope of the project. The team was very detailed in their work and extremely consistent in the quality of the work being performed. They were creative in problem solving as issues came up, and they kept us informed every step of the way. They cleaned up every day and were very flexible with our family's schedule. The finished product is fantastic, and we can't say enough about Tim and his team. We would certainly use them again and highly recommend their services!"
