"This entire team was a pleasure to work with on my window replacements. The windows are a very good quality, the two gentleman who installed them were so wonderful. They were quick but did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. Windows are not cheap, but Zen was by far the most reasonably priced option for a quality product that I found. At no point during the process did I feel pressured or rushed to make decisions but when I was ready everything moved very smoothly. "The installation was amazing. They had all 15 replaced in a little over 4 hours. One gentleman replaced and the second followed behind, cleaning up and doing inside finishing. Three came back the next day to do outside insulation and trim. The windows are fabulous. My only problem has been getting the follow-up paperwork. I'm not terribly worried (at this point) because I am relying on their reputation to follow through."

"We had a paver patio that was now sloping towards the house rather than away from it. My husband and I initially thought we could do this project ourselves but realized after having torn a good chunk of the patio out ourselves, we needed some help. Correy offered us a few different design options based on what we were looking for. We had a reunion coming up and wanted to have the patio finished by then and Correy was able to make that happen. The one thing we were thrilled about was that he didn't use polymeric sand. The patio we had previously was done with this sand and when we started taking the patio down, hand chiseling and brushing every stone so we could reuse it for this patio, on a 600 sq ft patio was daunting to say the least.

Correy and his crew are very professional folks. They work hard, are punctual, keep a clean work area, answer all your questions, and do amazing work. On the first day of work we were already making changes to the design we had initially agreed upon. They didn't grumble or complain, they simply listened to what our ideas were, added in some feedback, then worked their magic. Near the end of the project they had a little extra gravel left over and they asked if we wanted it which I said yes (we have a gravel driveway). They saw a couple low spots and went ahead and spread it out for us. It's the small extras like this that are special. They could have just left the small pile but they took the extra step and spread it out.

I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again and refer my friends to them. Overall this was a wonderful experience, we are so grateful for their patience, and we absolutely love our patio! If you are thinking of having a patio installed, don't miss out, hire these guys. It will be the best decision you ever make!

"I hired Smith and Rogers to install tile in my laundry room.   I was able to get the estimated done on a Saturday which was great. My only complaint is that I had to call three times to get the job scheduled.  Once I got a call back they were able to install the tile the next day which I appreciated because they knew I was in a rush to get the job done.   Dan and Jason did a great job. They arrived on time and worked efficiently.  I chose a multi color tile and Dan did a good job of arranging the tiles so that the colors looked random.  They came back the next morning to grout the tile which was also done quickly.  I also liked that I only had to provide the tile and grout and they brought the rest of the supplies.  Their price sounded a little high at first but once I factored in the supplies that they provide I could see that they were reasonably priced. I would recommend Smith and Rogers if you are looking for a good tile installer.
