"I employed Carlos and his team do a complete renovation for me. Carlos was a great salesman and sold me his bungalow package that was an all inclusive price for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. This price was originally very competitive with others and I was told it included all labor, materials and I could choose from any items from his preferred vendors. His original estimate for construction was 2 months. While Carlos subs did a good job, the job took over 5 months, with multiple items taking even longer, it cost approximately 15K more than expected as I was informed that several things I wanted we’re not included in the all in one price, and communication between Carlos, myself and the team was poor where often scheduled times were not met. Lastly I had personal items in my home that were stored in a separate room that was not being renovated that were unexplainably disposed of by his crew. When the workers had to come again to do touch up work they got paint on my couch."

"EXTREMELY HAPPY Di Luca Flooring & Design team was excellent. Dhya and Wil are awesome!They came in to look at the scope of work, we discussed a price point and the timeframe of the renovation. They said a week and the project was indeed completed to our satisfaction in a week! Dhya was so accommodating and walked us patiently through the project. Wil was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. There was no mess! Wil showed up on time, covered the floor in the work area, worked the project, and cleaned up every evening. The finished product turned out amazing I love it! When I go into my bathroom I always have a big smile! I loved it so much I had them come back to do my daughter’s bathroom. "Our renovation with Hammer Construction affected every room of our farmhouse and was done in five months including installing an unexpected 30 ft I-beam, restoring and adding hardwood floors, removing a sunken living room, total kitchen overhaul and total master bathroom overhaul. We met Savio once during our first consult and estimate. The designs helped us nail down specifics before demo began. Humberto saw us through every step of the process with professionalism and excellent communication. He knew when to fight our battles with us and when to advise us to "let it go". There are things that came up that were unfortunate: it's a wonky 40 year old house, as it settles a wall here or there isn't totally flush. We had much more pros than cons with our experience with Hammer and always recommend them to others (and will consider them for future projects)."

"In February of 2023 I hired Garrett and his team to renovate my Oakland Park condo. As a result of that renovation I will recommend Garrett for a couple of reasons; primarily his knowledge and experience working directly in and with the permitting process. I cannot overstate the fact that you're going to need Garrett to keep the permitting process moving forward. Secondly, I had previously seen his workmanship and that sealed the deal for me to hire him. When Garrett first started my reno, my condo was a wreck! I mean a total wreck. Here we are, ten months later and I've had zero issues with Garrett's workmanship, that workmanship includes, electric, plumbing, tile work, drywall or flooring. In closing, even with Garrett's persistence, the permitting process took nearly five months! Once the permits were issued, the renovation was completed within thirty days. Garrett and his team did an overall excellent job with the permitting process and the overall condo renovation."
