The project was not completed, was completed poorly with many mistakes including leaky shower head, shower pan holding water along the wall, damage to the ceiling of my bathroom, panels not sitting flush against the wall, missing trim, gaping holes, I could go on and on. The best thing is that the project is NOT COMPLETE and the installation manager is trying to bully me for final payment. I have reached out to the corporate office. TOTAL SHAM. "Was quoted $39 for required/initial diagnostic service for Washing Machine repair ... on-site was told it was $95. Everything "tested" fine so he left. Tried to wash some clothes and the same issue occurred so he didn't actually fix anything. Was told I need a new control panel but was unable to identify the correct part that I needed to buy."
