"Mario Tridente and Fred Quigley and the team at Shore Points Construction quite literally “saved the day” for us. We were faced with major structural damage to the entire front of a two-story condo in Ocean City. Mario and Fred provided a detailed action plan to address the significant water damage, completely rebuilt two decks and replaced the vinyl siding. Additionally, wiring, switches and outlets that suffered from water damage needed to be replaced and brought up to code. The pricing was fair, and the workmanship was first-class. The result is a brand-new front of the building that is structurally sound and looks amazing. Mario, Fred, and Eve were a pleasure to work with throughout this project. They are responsive, provide frequent updates on progress and are very straightforward with their assessments and recommendations. They provided the guidance, expertise and professionalism needed to get us through this difficult project. "This kis the second major remodel project I have hired Mr. Meyers for. It can be difficult finding contractors for my fourth floor walk up condo. The project was basically three stages, all done expertly. First, Billy completed demolished and gutted the room, expertly handling all garbage management, carpet cutting, and furniture removal. Not an easy task with 75 stairs. He noticed a small bug infestation and went the extra mile and bleach mopped the entire floor. The second stage involved the spackling, sanding, complete painting of the room, always at least two coats. I will tell you he is a terrible singer, but he is definitely passionate. Painting skills are beyond extraordinary The third stage involved the laying of a beautiful snap in flooring system, new base boards, outlet covers, and blinds.. Once again 75 stairs from the street. As an added bonus Billy even assembled new bed frame and mattress from new in box (amazon).. I was most amazed when he set up my cat's litter box too. Overall I plan on hiring him again to do a kitchen remodel down the road if he is available. As aside note Billy is very trustworthy, I would often fall asleep in the next room to his terrible singing. Finally, cleanliness is godliness. Billy is godly."

As my parents have gotten older, as you can imagine i have had to do some construction, lighting, plumbing, doors and locks, and exterior roofing repairs within the past 6 months. I found roberto through a family member he had done some beautiful work for which included painting from floor to ceiling, new flooring, fixtures etc. I am happy to say that roberto is a treasure. He is an honest and hard-working young man. Roberto is dependable, reliable, and forthright regarding his value and pricing and necessity for the jobs that he does. "The work is excellent, but much slower then predicted. The estimate of 3 weeks is now 7 weeks and still not completed. John and Lisa are very personable and friendly. The project is beautiful! The delay was due to a problem with the tile delivery. I am very pleased with the work and will probably use in the future for master bath remodeling."

"It went well. Fast start and completed on schedule. Communications were mostly good but at times delayed due to poor cell service in some areas. "A" team was outstanding, "B" team was adequate. There were several items that needed to be addressed after the remodel (as is normal). Everything was addressed properly and in a timely manor."
