"My garbage disposal was not working, so I called Stephen and he came out for me the same day! He was so efficient and he even brought a new garbage disposal with him, just in case I needed a full replacement. It turns out I did because I had a plastic cap in there, and kept turning it on anyway. It was so nice to see why it broke so I won’t do it again, and also to not have to wait for him to go get the parts. His knowledge, professionalism, and price were exactly what I needed. I would never call anyone else!"

"Cleaned out a sink in a 50 year old house. Checked with office on cost of changing out the faucet (which was reasonable) and had replace the u-pipe or trap because it was in poor condition.
The plumber was willing to do an extra job and the office was very accommodating,
The plumbing in an older house can be tricky to work on; this plumber understood the problems and was careful with the old pipes!
