He communicated with us throughout the process, sending us pictures of the molded areas they remediated. (We were staying in a hotel while they did the remediation because I'm in a wheelchair and couldn't get around while things were torn up.) When they were done and we returned home, the house was extremely clean and ready for the subs to come and renovate the place. The remediation process itself was well shy of a week! SavOn was a little pricey but not as astronomical as the other companies.
