"RHI Floors were amazing! I thought I only needed the carpet pad replaced. However once the carpet was pulled back to remove the padding I realized the carpet was completely covered in cat pee and had to be replaced. Without hesitation they went to plan B and were able to go get the carpet and replace both carpet and pad for a reasonable price that same day! With a new tenant moving in just days later this was a life saver and both Ramsey and Hellen had such an awesome and helpful attitude the whole time. I AM SOOO APPRECIATE FOR THEM BOTH!"

Antoine came out to give an estimate and said he was confident they could clean it, and it would be a lot less. They made sure we had access to the financing and documentation needed to get under way. Their crew arrived on time and were removing the old flooring no less than 3 minutes after arrival, which made an everlasting impression on me. So much so that I will use this experiencing as an example to my students of how customer service is done! <br /> The installation took two days, including the removal of a sub floor, re-leveling the floor where needed. They completed the den, kitchen, and breakfast area. Jeff & Donna Hackney worked together to make sure we were happy with the results, and boy what results! We are very happy with their work. <br /> As for pricing, yea you can get cheaper but you will not get the results we got (unless you are doing it yourself, and then you'd better know what you're doing). "I have been dealing with carpet cleaning for my personal house as well as a fraternity house on Georgia Tech's campus. I have used all kinds of carpet cleaners, and Hughes is by far the best. Their method is phenomenal. Instead of pushing the dirt down with dirty water and then attempting to extract the water, it is sucked up using micro sponges. I wish I had pictures to post for the difference between the Fraternity's carpet before and after. They are so good, I put them on a service contract. "Rob was a pleasure to deal with.  Great communication from first contact.  On time and performed good quality work for the same price he quoted me on the phone.  I had half a room of carpet pulled up because we got water in our basement.  Rob reinstalled and stretched the old carpet, repaired some of the padding and repaired an area where the seam was ripped.  I also had him do a few extra things like tighten up the carpeting on my stairs while he was here.  Highly recommend and would use Rob again for sure! <br />"

"Enjoyed working with this company. Josh came out for the measure. He was very personable and was able to give me some great ideas for things that I was having a hard time figuring out. He has great design suggestions. He was very prompt with the quote and the prices were competitive with the other 3 quotes I received. I went to the showroom to actually choose the carpets, and Dave spent a lot of time with me & let me take home more samples. There was always someone in the office that was able to answer my questions or get answers for me. The install crew was organized and thorough. They knew what they were doing and were very patient with my desire to have the rug placed perfectly (it was a very big rug). Everyone had their role & the install went very quickly. I was pleased all around. I will be using them again as soon as my bedroom renovation is completed and I am ready for the other rug."
