"This guy does all his own work. He came out very quickly, one other company I talked to couldn't come out for 5 days! I had a rodent in my attic, I didn't want to wait around. Nature's Balance came the very next day. I got 2 other services to give me estimates. Both of them were nearly twice as much for the exact same work. Plus, this company offers a lifetime guarantee against pests. The other 2 both offered limited guarantees with an additional cost to renew."

"Very well. Said the man who is currently doing my pest control is doing a good job. Suggested every other month schedule. If I need service in the future, I will call HomeFree. Very professional and thorough."

"Our service tech was very friendly and he did a great job of explaining our pest problem. With regular service, I see that our pest problem is being resolved. I also like the follow-up that the company does with new customers to make sure that there were no problems."
