The quote was more than fair without any fudging involved-an honest wage for an honest days work. Elvis prepared a detailed estimate for what he was going to do and the materials needed to handle the job. There was no added % for the materials needed as some contractors tend to do. The job of building the garage including the demolition and dump hauls was completed in a respectable timely fashion and not only that but Elvis answered my calls immediately and answered any and all concerns with a professional attitude.
