"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"Khaled and his crew built a large 2-story garage for us and it came out wonderful. Khaled managed multiple sub-contractors, engineers, and the town's building department. The build did not always go according to plan and it did end up taking longer than anticipated, but that is to be expected with construction projects - especially in this worker & supply-limited climate. Despite delays and setbacks, Khaled always has his customer's interest at heart, and will make sure that the work is done well. I would recommend Abalia Construction and will use them again in the future."

"We had a great experience working with Bostonian Carpentry Painting! We were repeat customers after having them paint our home's exterior. The team was friendly, the cost was fair, and the work was great quality. We'll be glad to work with them on future projects."

"Well happy with the work and affordable pricing"

"These guys did a really nice job. They were professional and communicated really well with me on questions i had for this project. The price was good and the quality of work was excellent. Typically I'm very cautious about hiring people because i don't want to get screwed but J&L communicated with me the whole way through. I've already hired them again for a the next project."

"I ran a large contracting business for many years so can be a bit picky and demanding. This project was quite challenging, but was done by HWP efficiently, cost-effectively, and in a very high quality manner. We worked primarily with Zana, who does most of the administrative work. Her husband, Francisco, sets up the work and heads up the crews. He was not always at our project, since I assume they may often have more than one going at a time, but that was never a problem. He was there whenever needed or requested. Our home is not small, was built in 1843, and although much has been replaced over the years, nothing is plumb or square. The window trim, some sills, and parts of the jambs were rotten, as were many of the corner boards of the house itself. We needed to remove the old wood and replace it with new. Zana and Francisco visited the home, reviewed the work, and gave us two proposals. One was an hourly rate for the carpentry work and the other was a fixed price for the painting of the entire house and trim. Both prices were very fair. They could not give us a fixed price on the carpentry work because we could not see what hidden work might be required or what we might discover. They did give us a "guesstimate" on how long the work might take, from which I could calculate a budget, and it turned out to be reasonably accurate. Much of the work required removal of rotten wood and trimming and shaping of the adjoining pieces. They made sure any gaps were filled and caulked. They also did a great job identifying areas we had not noticed and giving us options to replace entire areas, or just portions. For painting, everything was pressure-washed before the work began; many of our downspouts were removed to allow access to tight spots; and new wood received a primer and two coats. HWP worked around our schedule, which got pushed back a bit early on, and always showed up when they said they would. We had a crew that varied from two people to four. HWP is not a big company, but they are attentive and meticulous. I would definitely use them again!"

"Although we decided we were not going to use Joe's services to complete the job, we very much appreciated his expertise, level of detail and responsiveness as we worked through needed details and estimates for the work we wanted done on our house. He took exceedingly detailed notes of all details of the projects we needed, quickly was able to solicit his partners for the plumbing, electrical, etc. work we needed done. He also assured us that our timeline, which was tight, would be able to be followed.
Again, though we didn't use him with this set of projects, we highly recommend him and would look to use him for subsequent projects in the future. Just unfortunate we were not going to work with him this time around. Great guy and would be doing great work!

"Matt is great to work with! He was quick to respond to questions, addressed issues as they arose, and kept the project moving. Many neighbors commented on how surprised they were that we always had someone at our home working, unlike other projects they've seen/experienced where no one shows up for weeks at a time. Matt had the foresight to order long-lead time materials early in the project so we did not have to wait for materials to arrive. He worked with us on achieving the vision we had for our master suite, going above & beyond to accommodate the final design of the bathroom, including building a large custom vanity. Matt is a great guy and the end product is beautiful!"

"We hired CF Construction to do all of the masonry work both inside and out. We got 4 quotes from 4 different Mason's, and CF Construction had the best price. Carlos came out the day after we called him and had a price to use immediately. We had to constantly keep bugging the other masons to get a price from them, but not with CF Construction. Our biggest concern with this project we took on was schedule. My wife and I had a baby on the way and wanted to get the house done prior to his arrival. CF Masonry blew us away with how fast and consistent they worked. They showed up every morning at 6:30AM and didnt leave until 4 or 5 PM. They came every single day until the project was complete to our satisfaction. Lastly, the quality was top-notch. I was amazed how great all of their work came out, especially with how fast they did it and how great of a price they had. They re-faced our old, dirty fireplace with an awesome Eldorado Stone veneer w/ Limestone hearth and mantel. They built the retaining walls, fireplace and bar out of a beautiful natural New England Field Stone that Carlos found out of a quarry in Barre, MA. He matched the brick for our chimney extension exactly as the old chimney. The basement tile was a 12x24 that Carlos recommended, and its look amazing. We literally couldnt be happier with the way the work came out. We have owned many homes and have done a great deal of work over the years, and CF Masonry is by far one of the best contractors we have ever hired. We highly recommend them for all of your masonry needs."

"When I call him, at the first time. I did have no idea how complex was build a play room in the basement  . But Claudio came over and explain me, what should i do, he brought some  ideas from his past experience. Not only that his entire  team were very meticulous on details, He is very honest, performed the job nice and clean. The quality of the finish work was excellent, and the job finish on time. I'am planning to hire him again.
