"The new shed was good quality.  I love it, and the value was decent.  John, the owner, is a very professional person, and he knows how to make sheds.  The only issue that I had was I was told by their scheduling department that someone would call me, repeatedly, and it never happened.  I probably had to be on the phone with the company 7 times before appropriate appointments were scheduled.  Granted, they had to time the teardown before the new shed was built, but it should be easier to do than it was in my experience. One day, they were scheduled to come and build it, but there was no shed.  They rescheduled and did it a week later, so it was okay.  
John seemed to be overall concerned about the quality of the job, and customer feedback.  John personally showed up to tear down my old shed, with his employee, once the job had been postponed a few times. When the builders forgot to install my solar light, he showed up personally to install it.  That shows dedication to customer service and satisfaction.
Overall, the experience wasn't bad.  The new shed is excellent, and I am happy I had it done.

"We were thrilled with the work that Hector and his crew did on our deck. After 5 years of self-administered staining and much mold on the deck and especially the railings, we were ready to let a pro handle the job. Our deck is large, multi-tiered and made of gorgeous mahogany, but that beautiful wood had gotten lost under the multiple layers of dark-colored stain I had applied over the years. Hectors crew came on time and the power-washing brought the original wood back to life. Hector then advised us to use a transparent stain so that the wood grain itself would shine through after staining. He was absolutely right. The staining happened a few days later and now deck looks like brand new. There were a few areas where the stain had run and discolored the white painted risers beneath the steps. We called Hector and his team came out ASAP and touched up the paint. That's customer service right there. The overall experience was terrific and the job was perfect. Thanks Hector and crew."

He installed crown molding, a chair rail, built and installed shelves, patched walls, installed a garbage disposal, installed windows, built a pan display, painted and completed other projects. "These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! OMG! Everyone should use these guys!!!!! Also, I got the bullbag back! I never have to buy another one and its ready to use whenever I feel like doing a clean out or renovation."
