"WE LOVE JOSH! We initially hired him to remodel a kitchen after another contractor botched the job. Josh fixed everything and got everything finished the way it should been in the first place! We have since hired him for two more jobs: pouring a concrete driveway extension for RV parking, and replacing some siding and painting the entire exterior of the house. Josh is meticulous and clearly takes pride in his work, he is super easy to work with! I HIGHLY recommend Josh, we will continue to hire him for all of our construction needs!"

"Great crew, very honest and had beautiful results. Came back when the extremely hot dry summer warped a few boards on our new fence and replaced them for free! Very fair prices, great customer service and quality build."

"I will hire them again!"

"Martin and his team replaced kitchen cabinets, sink, countertops and window in my daughter’s kitchen. She is thrilled with how it turned out. He was kind and professional and worked with her schedule. I would definitely hire him again!"

"PEC construction rebuilt our deck with a patio cover and did a fantastic job. Phillip was very easy to coordinate and work with. Pricing was upfront and fair. George did a fantastic job building the deck and patio cover, he had excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail."

"It was a pleasure to find a company and tradesmen who took pride in their work, listened to our desires and concerns, and produced just what we wanted. It required not only expertise but also coordination with a contractor. We recommend them highly and will use them again."

"Only thing they did themselves was the patio ceiling & French drain for my project. Acted as hiring contractor for all the other work. Overall project was a success, but I didn't appreciate how the lead crewman/ owner spoke to his employee. Subcontractors that were hired were excellent."

"Owner of the company came to my property and he gave me a thorough bid covering the cleanup and disposal of 30 yrs of debris. He had his own dumpster trailers and his own equipment necessary to do the job. I am a very environmentally conscious person and he took the time to separate recyclables and lawn debris in different dumpsters for removal. He also gave me a fair bid to do the differed maintenance on my out buildings around my property and was able to restore multiple buildings that other contractors said would have to be torn down-removed and built new at a larger expense. We’ve recently had him back to build a hot tub surround with transparent roofing out of 120 yrs old barn wood posts that was saved from a building that couldn’t be remodeled. Definitely will have him back for future projects, highly recommended."

"Project Details: Custom cedar fence with gates Replace large concrete pad Replace front door Replace basement windows Update exterior facade of entryway Overall, we had a very good experience working with Ryan and his team. We love the work they did. They charged a fair rate and did the work in a timely manner. We will likely hire Performance again for future work. Communication: Ryan was easy to work with. He answered all of our questions and presented us with clear options and recommendations when needed. He even answered my questions that were unrelated to the projects we had going on. Quality of work: We were fortunate to have Ryan doing most of our work. He took his time and made sure every detail was addressed properly, from making seamless transitions on the fence to making custom moulding for our door. Scope and Cost: There were no surprises. Ryan kept us updated on the timeline at all stages and discussed how any changes to the original plan would impact cost. Our quote only went up from what was originally estimated because we made changes to materials and processes. Hiccups: Unfortunately, not everything went perfectly. After significant delays in getting our basement windows (no fault of Performance), the windows were sloppily installed by some of the team. Fortunately, Ryan came out reviewed the work and fixed everything at no extra cost. Now the windows look and work great."
