They delivered on their promise by educating us on the types of roofing materials available. Ron replaced several rafters that were damaged by mold and used wood that was in the shed to replace other rafters at no additional charge. The original quote was for replacement of damaged plywood sheeting after replacing the damaged sheets Ron went ahead and replaced the rest of the sheeting at no additional charge. He took great care in making sure he matched the color of the shingles that we wanted sending me pictures of sample shingle colors and together we picked the best shade and color for the job. Ron kept us informed from the beginning to the end and the end result is exactly what we envisioned. In the future we will not hesitate to call Megrock Construction for all of our home repair needs."

"The workers that Dave sent were very friendly and considerate. When they unwrapped the old wood on the columns, they found that there were no posts inside. They had to go and get 6x6 posts and install those. Then they replaced the old wood with pvc materials (my choice) and added trim to the top and bottom of the columns. Then they painted them and they look exactly as I had envisioned - so pretty! They also installed a wrought iron handrail that I had ordered for the steps ."

"We had been experiencing some areas of the floors "sinking" or ridges of raised floors.  We did no know what kind of contractor to call.  Luckily we called Silverwood.  Bruce Lowenthal inspected the problem and  recommended structural support of our floors.  Some of our support beams were cracked and not properly installed by the original builder.  Bruce had a crew go under the house and support the areas in question. We were impressed by Bruce's knowledge and his crews professionalism.  They left the crawl space in superb condition and the floors are no longer a worry."
