I've done my own plumbing on my house this last 20 some odd years and qm getting on am an old man now, I trusted Burris right off, it took some time as my house has pipes from 1908 everyone got along the job is perfect they even asked me to have the gas co come out and recheck. I discussed the situation with Jacob over the phone as it was complicated and shared my neighbors assessment. Jacob quoted price ranges to me over the phone - one for the easier fix and one for the more complicated possibility. "Palafox was excellent. Arrived on time (on the dot), did all the work in under 2 hours at the quoted price and cleaned up carefully when done. I couldn't be happier with the work. This was the replacement of an angle-stop and installing a new toilet in a condominium complex, where they needed to shut off the water to the entire building briefly to complete the work. So a bit high-stress, but no problems. I would use them again for any issues that come up."

"Evil scammers of the elderly ! These people are sick, taking advantage of seniors on a fixed income with a decline in cognitive thinking as well as Diabetic complications ! I am the homeowners caretaker and son, over 2yrs ago these SCAMMERS took $14000 from my dad to fix a clogged toilet ! ! ! I just found this out. They saw an easy target and ripped my dad off. Instead of snaking and pitting a camera down the toilet, they tore up the front yard. THEY DIDNT REPLACE ANYTHING ! They removed 1 of 2 Darin pipes. IDK why. THE IDIOTS also cut the discharge pipe for the pool [Expletive removed] U MORONS ! They then found a WATER LEAK under the driveway. WHY ARE YOU LOOkiNG FOR A WATER LEAK ! We wanted a toilet unclogged. The workers were [Expletive removed] and didn't even check to see if the clogg was fixed. BEWARE THEY SCAM THE ELDERLY ! ! The toilet never worked after all that. The other toilet is upstairs and is hard for my elderly parents to use. These guys are thrives, everyone contact them and ask why they treat our seniors like this. FIX MY [Expletive removed] TOILET !"

"Memo and crew were on time and very friendly with very clear communication of my issues. We discussed alternative and, with the exposing of before unseen corrosion, I decided it most economical and expeditious to replace the old copper with pex. Naomi advised me of the preference to copper but unfortunately I was at my budget limit. The work was performed quite expertly, quickly, with tons of care to reduce the drywall repairs that will be needed after and, most importantly to me precisely on a very reasonable budget considering the amount of time and effort made to fix the issue. I will definitely be keeping MPD Plumbing in my contacts. Hopefully I won’t need them anytime soon but it’s good to have a plumber you can trust to be on time, do great work and stay on estimated budget!
