"I have a very, very old dryer that just died. It's located in an enclosed space with the washing machine. I called Lerman Appliance Repair and told them about the age of the dryer and that the depth of the dryer was shorter than the dryers that are on the market now. I asked if they thought it could be repaired. The lovely lady who answered their phone was so knowledgeable and helpful. She and I agreed that it was probably a bad timer and she looked though all her suppler websites to see if a new timer was available to order. She checked everywhere and because the dryer is so old, none were available. Then she said she'd check with a technician when he came back into the office to see if he had any work-around solutions. She'd call me back. She did call me back and they all were wonderful. The only part available was a used part and it couldn't be guaranteed and it was very expensive. She made two suggestions for new dryers that might meet the required depth to solve my problem. I will check them out online but in the meantime I had to write a review to let anyone know how far they went out of their way to help me find a solution even if they didn't come out. All this advice and caring was over the top. I will call them first with any appliance problems I have in the future. I can't remember getting better service. Bravo."

"Alex showed outstanding customer service skills. He is a good diagnostician who solved problems with both my LG Washer and Dryer, within minutes of arriving at our home. He is very knowledgeable and explained clearly to me what needed to be repaired. I learned a lot about washer and dryer parts from him. He was also very courteous, honest and straightforward with the repair costs. He is the best in the business. I would highly recommend him and your service to my relatives and friends. Thank you, Appliance MC! 5 stars."

"Tony was prompt and courteous. I have a 40 yr old Maytag washer, and he said the hose replacement was difficult to find and because of the item he made 2 visits: 1 was the troubleshooting and estimate, the 2nd was to bring the hose to do the repair. He accurately diagnosed and repaired our washer resulting in no more leaking. He was done in less than an hour. I did not do any comparisons, as I had been without a washer for 2 weeks. I liked the service, but I would probably do a comparison next time . I feel the cost was a bit high. I paid $270. However, he did a great job."

"The worker arrived on time, clearly knew what to do. Had the necessary parts, and within an hour had our dryer up and running properly again."

"They were professional, knowledgeable, and very punctual. Armen, a certified, licensed, and bonded technician, provided all the information I needed and repaired my 8-burner stove quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend their service!"

"I recently had the pleasure of using Prime Appliance Services Inc. to repair my washing machine, and I can confidently say they exceeded all my expectations! From start to finish, their service was nothing short of exceptional. When my washing machine suddenly stopped spinning, I was worried about the hassle and cost of getting it fixed. I found Prime Appliance Services Inc. online and was impressed by their professionalism. Booking an appointment was a breeze, they offered a convenient time slot that worked perfectly for me. The technician, arrived right on time, which I greatly appreciated. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about his work. He took the time to listen to my description of the issue, asked thoughtful questions, and quickly diagnosed the problem—a faulty motor belt that needed replacement. Mike repaired the machine in no time. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to repair their appliances."

"Thank you very much for quick repair!"

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Bob and Tony were great and fixed a problem that Samsung’s other repair service (Service Quick) couldn’t do. If you have a Samsung warranty repair in LA, ask for AML instead of Service Quick (Jeremiah - who was rude and couldn’t fix my issue)."

"Serviceman arrived on time. After careful inspection it was decided that the washer was functioning properly. No repair required."
