"Greg came out and quoted the job and asked for us to mark all drainage tile and wires with flags so that his crew would not damage anything. After the install I noticed that our yard was very wet after a light rain shower. We were having sod laid the next week so I was concerned. When we dug up the tile line we saw that the Winchel irrigation broke our drain tile in 2 places. I called Greg and told him I was upset. Greg said that he was there when his crew installed the system and that they fixed any of the tile lines that were hit. Since then we have had our sod installed $$$$. After 2 days of medium rain, I noticed 2 holes approx. 12” round and 18” deep. The cause, 2 additional areas where Winchel cut through our tile line. Our new tile lines are clogged with dirt. Our new sod is like mush because the water is not draining. We hired this job out so that we could enjoy our summer. But instead we are pulling up very expensive sod and repairing what Winchel destroyed. WHY DID THEY WANT US TO MARK THE TILE LINES WITH FLAGS IF THEY WERE JUST GOING TO DESTROY THEM ANYWAYS????? Here is the kicker... My husband asked why we weren't informed that our tile lines were hit. The answers was customers don't want to know."

"I can't say that they didn't do a great job on the grass, because they have done a great job with the grass.  They started working on the lawn last July.  I would definitely give them an A for what they did with the grass.  The lawn, he's done a great job with.  The service on the grass was $37.74 and they did it like five or six times.  For the lawn care I would give them an A.  For price, I think they're probably right around what most people would charge.  It might be a little high.  They've really done a great job with the grass.  I would give them an A on what they did with the grass, in every way, shape, or form."

SHE moved the items necessary to complete the interior construction, then offered to put it back. She added another vacuum valve in the back yard. She did so many things for me and didn't charge me a penny extra. Winterization is free the first year. There is a 2 year warranty and she supplied me with heads that have a 5 year warranty. The only thing that I slightly downgraded was punctuality. She will say a time, but because she works in five counties I learned that is a window, and she calls before she comes to your home. My neighbor ran over two of my FLAGGED heads ON MY PROPERTY. Sharon put them on flexible pipe so they wouldn't snap off. When I called her today, she told me how to test the system again, and offered to come and check everything over on Monday! She and her crew had great respect for my home and told me what to expect every step of the way. Not only on the outset, but as the job progressed. I give them an A+++ <br />"

Especially the trees, they are really doing well. They even treat iron deficiency in the Maple trees. They turn yellow, they will treat them with iron, then they turn green."
