"Frank is good, open, and knowing what he is doing, and on time Service fee is a little bit more than the repair service I hired before to fix my Kenmore dryer, but consider in the market there are more repair services for Kenmore than for Samsung, I think that's reasonable (I quoted another service for my Samsung and their service fee was much much more). I recommend Frank, especially when you have a Samsung appliance need fix. Also, I strongly encourage people that don't buy any Samsung appliances, my range is 2.5 year old and had a leaking valve. Also my fridge is 5 year old and has a broken icemaker (and frosted fan in the back which I fixed myself). Repairing Samsung appliances will also cost you more than a US brand."

"<p>Extremely professional and helpful from 1st call to the end of service call.</p> <p>I called and set up service call for 2 days later</p> <p>They sent me an email with all info about what to expect ...including a picture of the tech who would be coming</p> <p>Justin called me to tell me he was on his way and to confirm all info</p> <p>He arrived right on time. Very pleasant and easy going.</p> <p>He proceeded to check thermostat ...took apart freezer panels to find the freezer coils mostly defrosted and not working.</p> <p>He said there was a Freon leak and it could take hours to tear apart the back of my fridge to trace it and then fix and recharge with refrigerant ...then test and hope for good results.</p> <p>Where this is a 12 year old fridge he suggested I should buy a new one instead of possibly spending $300-$400 trying to fix this one...with the possibility of more problems cropping up that would be expected as it aged.</p> <p>He took the time to answer my questions about what to look for in refrigerators now ....including leaving some room around the unit so the compressor would not have to continuously run to keep it cool. If it runs less it will save me money and extend it's life </p> <p>I consider this to be excellent advice. "I wish I had used these people earlier. I ordered a part for my dryer and was able through their instructional video to fix it myself. Let me tell you I am "mechanically challenged" in just about every way. LOL I may have cut myself through my own stupidity but I did it. it was easy and I did not have to pay a repair man for a simple fix. Thank you so much!"
