"We are very pleased with the addition that AIS did on our home. From start to finish, we feel we received top notch service. We highly recommend them for any additions or renovations you may have. Thanks Parks, Jay and the entire AIS team for a job well done!"

"This is a business designed for big projects, i.e., complete home renovation. I only needed a couple/few pieces of trim replaced, but at estimate time, the scope and cost increased to astronomical levels. Replacing 4 boards of trim became suggestions to replace so much more with a grand total approaching $4,000. We simply weren't a match, which I suspected and communicated to the scheduling agent at the time. They may be great, but I'll never know, as I needed a handyman-type service that would take approx. 2 hours, and they wanted to provide complete home renovation which they would get to in 12-16 weeks."

"Took me a long time to find somebody with the willingness and skill to repair the side of my house due to the small space between houses. Home genius exteriors performed an amazing job and I am grateful. Devan then even help walk me thru the financing to help ease the process and simplify things"

"Everything was fine. Gave estimate for roof replacement which was reasonable.

"First they did a good job on roof repair. Replaced roof on porch. Left a huge mess of wood and debris. Covered nothing. Was told going to come back to clean. Never did. My fault for paying them."

"The owner showed up and did a thurough review of my roof and provided detailed recommendation for repair. He repaired the troubled areas immediately. When it comes time to replace the roof Gouge will be the at the top of the list."
